I absolutely love living at Maris. The location is perfect for getting on and off Route 50. It's very easy to get to downtown Annapolis. The amenities such as being able to use common office/meeting rooms, the package room (which is like having a concierge), and the gym area make it seem like living in a luxury hotel. That might not be for you, but it gives me great joy.

The apartments are very nice as are the amenities. Sure I'm probably never going to use the giant chess set in the courtyard, but the pool and gym get enough use to make up for that. The apartment itself has a great layout and the overall aesthetic of the building is sleek. The only downsides are minor such as an awkward turn around leaving the area the building is in and maybe too many fob swipes necessary to access things. Regardless the staff is always nice and welcoming

The Maris is the place to live, close to work and the amenities are abundance! Love the security of the garage and the staff is always so helpful and friendly from the Leasing team to the maintenance crew, when ever I need anything! I LOVE Maris, the staff are wonderful and the property is amazing! It is alsso in a great location right off of route 50 with access north, south, east and west. PLUS it in the parking lot of the best diner in the area!

We love the maris! We are a few months into our second year and love the community here! The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful, we love how dog friendly the area is, and the friends we’ve made here are five star. We are happy at home here :)

Nice community, wish there was more surrounding grounds to walk pets. Amenities are nice but elevators are a pain with fob. Great location in Annapolis right in the center or everything you need.
