I was impressed by the fast response and the compassion she showed me….the next morning Domonique called me with her positive energy to let me know that things were moving along.. she was really friendly and professional.. overall I’m proud of this team and I’m feeling good about my experience with marine view..
In general, i love living here and I am enjoying the amenities and this are in general. The staff is always nice and kind, and I havent had any issues so far
The management staff along with maintenance take their jobs seriously. They are professional, thorough, and efficient. I have lived at Marine View for over 17 years and I'm a satisfied resident.
The Marine Vew apartments is a nice and pleasant place to live. The staff and maintenance department are very nice and professional and always answer our calls promptly.

I am really satisfied with my move in experience. It couldn't have gone any smoother. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond. I lived at Marine View for over 8 years. I raised my 3 kids there. It is a safe clean and a great community to live whether you are single or have kids retirement or just starting out.I never had to worry about it not being safe . They have security that patrols at night. Maintenance 24/7. And the management has always made me feel comfortable. Offering coffee and water to all residents. I felt they have an open door for any of my questions not ever making me feel uncomfortable. Laundry facilities. But the best was hearing the kids laughing and playing outside ??

I was skeptical when I first moved in due to the few negative reviews I’ve seen, Not to mention moving during a pandemic was stressful in itself but the staff was completely helpful and every knowledgeable about the apartments and local area. Maintenance has been really quick with any issues we have reported and the management team is extremely professional and are in the office six days a week. The neighborhood is exactly how the staff described it during the tour it is a very quiet residential area that is close to schools, retail, beach and parks.

I love the location, so close to the Ocean, the beautiful trees, and greenery surrounding the apartments. Also most of the time, there us a wonderful breeze. It feels like a Peaceful community, and I like the opened back entrance, which feels safer. As a woman I appreciate that, it's important to me.

No continued maintenance like windows and carpet if I havent agreed to revamping my apt. Then you can charge me more. That is something potential tenants need to know. Lay cards on table when renting.

I would strongly discourage anyone from considering Marine View Apartments. The units themselves aren't terrible (although we can hear our neighbors' conversations through the upstairs walls) but the management is nothing but a headache. We've had several maintenance issues that took weeks to address. We were also given false information when we first arrived - we were told that fridges came with all the units and then found out (when we arrived to move in) that this was not true.
staff personnel are doing a fine job, Mary and Lorean are great managers
I have been renting at Marine View Apartments for a year now! It is in San Pedro, CA and is located on a hill just one mile from the Pacific Ocean. I can walk out my backdoor and see Long Beach and Catalina Island---along with the beautiful ocean water. My apartment is affordable and spacious for a one-bedroom, with a separate living room and kitchen area. I work from home now, so I am grateful at how quiet and peaceful the community truly is and how friendly all of the neighbors have been. It is conveniently located so I am only a few miles from doctors, shopping, and areas to walk my golden retriever.
