I was scheduled for a tour at a terrible time for me, moreover as i arrived the traffic that day had been a little slow because of the college and highschool nearby leaving for the day, further moving my emotions. As my tour started, the tour guide changed my entire mood, she was a short hispanic lady named Alexia I believe. She had a very warm welcome and the sweetest smile. She was very kind and understanding to my situation that day and made a very speedy and super informative visit. The place is very pretty and the area was nice and clean. I am definitely considering living here, especially if the whole staff is as amazing as Alexia. She definitely made my experience 5 stars.
The office staff is always nice when I’m in need of something. If I put in a maintenance ticket they usually get to me same day. The leasing agent Alexia is very helpful with anything I’ve needed so far. Conveniently located location as well
I was given an amazing tour by Alexia, office was clean and pretty 2 bedrooms.
The Apartment was in expectations, it was clean and had a nice view. And the person who was showing me around was very polite full in answering any questions.
I came here looking for a place to move and they showed me great care. Especially this young women named Alexia! She was very friendly and very professional.
it was raininig the day i was schedule for a tour here. i called to say i would be a few minutes late due to weather and trafffic, the receptionist answered and stated she was callin to cancel all tours today due to weather. Well due to me being so close she decided to accept me and walk me through the ins/out of Marine Creek. i didnt get to tour but she sat with me and explained everything to me and answered every question i had. Im greatful for the fast and courteos service i was giving,that made me want to apply and live where the mangement team cares about their tenants..... Shonica Scott

Utterly disgusting filthy low budget falling apart and INFESTED with roaches.and my apartment is spotless and trash is takin more than once a day(for those that think the roach problem is not a thing.ITS MOST DEFINITELY A HUGGGE THING)

The manager it’s very rude with the people she doesn't help you at all the property it’s in bad condition because all the time she said ”There is a lot of work and there is no maintenance staff, that is why they did not fix your apartment. The streets are dirty, they raise the price of utilities without notifying you.

I personally like this place so far after 6 months. And I am someone who demands good service and quality. I guess you just have to roll your dice with which apartment you get Haha. I'm very laid back so I don't get bent over things that aren't out of control. As well things that don't affect the inside of my apartment. I've had no bug issues. People do tend to not dispose of their trash properly or pick up after their dogs. Word of advice, ask to stay near the side that has families/kids. It's nicer than the other side.

Their isnt a pool, their isnt washer or dryer hook ups, playground is in crappy condition, the gate doesnt work. The laundromat has a crappy company. And theirs shootings all the time. I lived here and have for 3 years.
Towing is crazy here, used to be 48 hours visitors parking for free now it’s $3.30 everyday for 24 hours! Maintenance never completes work orders and even claims that theyre complete on the website even when they never came by to fix it… I genuinely hate this place and it’s constant changing of management. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I’ve never once felt like they gave a crap about the residents here. THEY DON’T LISTEN TO VOICEMAIL CONTRARY TO WHAT THE VOICEMAIL STATES: “Leave your name, number, and reason for your call after the tone.” Did all that still never got a call back and now I owe $328 to the towing company. If they respond to this trying to argue with me, just know that proves I’m right. ;) DON’T LIVE HERE, I GUARANTEE YOUR CABINETS WILL BREAK AND WATER WILL STOP COMPLETELY. Good luck!
Roaches in apartments, holes in windows, doors have drafts, floors are spongy, and at least one shooting sense I have lived here. Too many things wrong here to even list. Maintenance guys are nice. Leasing staff is terrible, always has an attitude when asked to do a simple task, seems to lose packages. I highly recommend not living here. A lot of random little fees that are not shown until rent is due. Changing rent prices during my lease. Stay away if possible.

You get what you pay for .not a bad area I stay towards the back so I haven't ran into any problems while living here.i wish the apartment would do a better job of keeping the apartment complex clean but other then that I have no problems.
These apartments have a major bug problem.roaches.spiders.and other types of bugs.Besides the bugs the apartments are okay.the grounds need to be kept alittle more cleaner .the people in the office are very helpful and nice
