Property Ratings at Marbella Villas at Indian Creek
This property is so quiet and peaceful. It's a small community, but the maintenance crew keep it clean. The management office is always polite and patient with the residents. I can see why some of the residents here are hesitant to leave. Some have been here for almost ten years. The only reason why they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't have a walk-through gate at the back of the property. It's inconvenient to wait for a car to open the back gate or walk all the way around the front. Besides that, great property.

Thank you Jocelyn and Marbella Staff for always being helpful and responsive. As a senior citizen I always feel secure and comfortable here. I have a one bedroom with sunroom and adore the layout. Lucky me...I was on a wait list and have been here for 3 plus years. Love that we are located in a single family community with lovely homes surrounding the complex. With huge residential and industrial development around us, Marbella has the best location and size for comfortable living.
I moved in a year ago because the cost of the one bedroom units are slightly cheaper than some of the other apartments around the neighborhood. Like usual, everyone is nice, but once you get in, the management is non existent. They are never in the office. If you have a problem, expect to wait at least a week to have your issue resolved. I had an issue with my sink being clogged and called that the water wasn't draining. I used the kitchen sink for a day as they said they would need to schedule someone to take a look. After a couple days went by with no scheduling, I followed up by leaving a message. No follow up from the staff at the front office. Then I went down the office and no one was there. I just didn't get it. Finally after a week, I received a call to have the drain unclogged. They found hair in the drain and proceeded to blame me for the problem. I asked if all of the hair looked like mine and was the drain cleared before I moved in and of course, no response. I was just taken back by the attitude. And then I get a call from one of the girls that If this happens again that I would be held responsible and again I asked the same question without response. I realized this was one of the most unprofessional office staff that I have encountered. I think it would be best to look elsewhere.
RUN! Do not move into these apartments! The staff is unorganized, completely rude and money hungry. Jocelyn is the worst! She will be the nicest then as soon as you move in she turns rude, has a horrible attitude and is NEVER there! They will not take any accountability for their mistakes instead they will blame you and slap on charges. They never keep the same office staff for more than a couple months. Also don't expect to get any help with upper management they literally do not exist. They will not even give you out their information!!! I wish somebody would have warned me but I hope I am that blessing to somebody else. Lesson learned. Trust me you do not want to endure this nightmare!
Marbella Villas at Indian Creek is a beautiful place to live. It's a quiet and relaxing community of families from all backgrounds. The amenities like the pool, gym, theater, park, car wash, and walking paths will keep you occupied. This is not "party central". If you're looking for piece and quiet, look no further.
