Chicopee is a large suburban community bordered by Springfield to the south and the Connecticut River to the west. Gorgeous historic architecture dots the landscape, from the Baroque Revival-style Basilica of Saint Stanislaus and the Romanesque Chicopee City Hall to more subdued structures like the Edward Bellamy house. The city is home to Westover Air Reserve Base, which employs many locals and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors every year for its annual air show. Drove over an hour and half to view. Moving to the area for my job. Was suppose to be at 12:00. Kept saying to be on time she lives far from the complex etc…never even showed up or had the professionalism to call and let me know she was either running late or “something suddenly came up”. Very frustrating and RUDE. 12:15 and still a no show.
Wonderful management- very clean and beautiful apartments.
I recently viewed an apartment and found the property itself, immaculate. Plenty of sunlight in the units and quiet. The closet, cabinet and storage space was a huge plus. The management staff was very nice and appeared genuinely interested in my needs while looking for a new home.

These apartments are absolutely gorgeous! Everything from the application process to the the moving in was smooth and an enjoyable experience. Wilhelmina in the leasing office is not only attentive to your concerns/needs, but responds to any questions you have in no time at all, and always with a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend moving to this quiet and beautiful community.
