Property Ratings at Manzano Vista
I would like to say it's been great living at Manzano Vista for four years. I Had a one bedroom then a two bedroom never having any problems. If you need maintenance for any reason they are there within the same day or the next. The three ladies in the Management Office are very friendly, nice and very helpful always available. Will miss everyone. DT
MANZANO VISTA, LOCATED IN THE FOOTHILLS OF ALBUQUERQUE, IS A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. THE APARTMENTS ARE ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE WITH A WONDERFUL VIEW OF THE MOUNTAIN. THE COMPLEX IS CONSTANTLY UPGRADING THE APARTMENTS BY ADDING NEW CABINETS, COUNTERS, BATHROOMS AND HEATING COOLING UNITS. SECURITY IS PROVIDED BY UNIFORMED PATROL AND THE COMPLEX IS GATED. THE OFFICE WORKERS ARE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THERE ARE COUCHES, A TV AND FREE COFFEE AND COOKIES IN THE OFFICE. MAINTENANCE ON THE APARTMENTS IS ALSO TAKEN CARE OF IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER. THERE IS AN ON-SITE LAUNDRY, A SWIMMING POOL AND TENNIS COURTS. THE GROUNDS ARE ALSO VERY WELL MAINTAINED. MANZANO VISTA IS A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME.
Nice place to live although it would be nice to have a playground for the kids. Office has very nice staff that will help you with anything you might need. Laundry room could use some updates because the dryers and washers don't work sometimes. Maintenence crew works fast to fix anything that is wrong with your apartment. Lots of kids and dogs live in this apartment complex, so if you don't mind kids or dogs it's a nice place to live.
