I really enjoy living here! Between the amenities, resident events, and beautiful details in the apartment. However, I have a lot of ongoing issues with my AC. They are very quick to address any problems but that is about the only issue I have.

After living at the complex for almost a year, I can say the apartments are nice, the location is great, and the community is friendly. The leasing office remains helpful and welcoming, and maintenance is quick to respond. However, the mandatory bundle package is a downside—the internet can be slow, which is frustrating when working from home. Another drawback is having to pay extra to get a light installed in the bedrooms.

I love Mainstead. Every community has minor issues but this has been one of the best communities I’ve lived in. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Leasing staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds, pool and club house are well maintained. I honestly have no major complaints.

It’s not a light in the bedroom. It’s a rip off to pay for one when rent is expensive. Walls are thin and the upstairs neighbors build and/or construct 24/7. Nothing is ever done. Ever. My dish washer machine and sink declogger never works. I always have to flip the switch to turn them on. Parking is horrible and no one ever picks up after their dog. I will not renew my lease next year.

Mainstead at Century Farms is easily the most upscale apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living at. The apartments are well equipped with amenities, the maintenance and leasing staff are all very personable, helpful, and communicative, and any problems are addressed swiftly and succinctly. A beautiful apartment complex, the biggest issues thus far are the residents picking up dog poop that continues to be an issue, with some noisy upstairs neighbors. The officer on site has been helpful but the complex has yet to address these issues individually.

The apartments are very nice but not all neighbors are considerate of others - typical apartment living. The parking spots are all different widths. The fire alarms going off at random hours for about 6-8 months straight is why the stars are lower. It was resolved but I still have a hard time sleeping.

Great Apartment Complex!
