Lack of communication and unprofessional staffing. I feel unsafe in my own apartment. Dog park is no kept clean. Trash butler is unpredictable on arrival. Unprofessional Maintenance snooping thru residents belongings
We were thoroughly happy with the welcoming process, Josh took care of our needs and answered all questions for us. The maintenance came in quickly to fix our a/c so our apartment was ready for move in.

After living at the complex for almost a year, I can say the apartments are nice, the location is great, and the community is friendly. The leasing office remains helpful and welcoming, and maintenance is quick to respond. However, the mandatory bundle package is a downside—the internet can be slow, which is frustrating when working from home. Another drawback is having to pay extra to get a light installed in the bedrooms.

The apartments are nice and the area is up and coming. Hallways are just a bit too dirty pretty often with like liquid trash. Aside from that the apartments are reallly nice.
I love Mainstead. Every community has minor issues but this has been one of the best communities I’ve lived in. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Leasing staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds, pool and club house are well maintained. I honestly have no major complaints.

It’s not a light in the bedroom. It’s a rip off to pay for one when rent is expensive. Walls are thin and the upstairs neighbors build and/or construct 24/7. Nothing is ever done. Ever. My dish washer machine and sink declogger never works. I always have to flip the switch to turn them on. Parking is horrible and no one ever picks up after their dog. I will not renew my lease next year.

Mainstead at Century Farms is easily the most upscale apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living at. The apartments are well equipped with amenities, the maintenance and leasing staff are all very personable, helpful, and communicative, and any problems are addressed swiftly and succinctly. With all the construction happening nearby, I look forward to the growth of the retail market in the surrounding area and hope to soon be living in the midst of a bustling area of commerce!

The apartments are very nice but not all neighbors are considerate of others - typical apartment living. The parking spots are all different widths. The fire alarms going off at random hours for about 6-8 months straight is why the stars are lower. It was resolved but I still have a hard time sleeping.
