The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Magnolia Pointe
This apartment complex has been a major disappointment. As of mid-July, the pool is still not open, which is completely unacceptable in the middle of summer. Maintenance is a joke. The grass went uncut for nearly two months because they don’t use a regular landscaping company. Outdoor community areas like the playground and basketball court are unusable due to overgrown grass. The laundry rooms constantly smell like mold and mildew, making them unpleasant (and questionable) to use. The gym is only accessible during office hours (8 AM–5 PM), which means anyone who works a standard job can't realistically use it. We’re required to pay a monthly "common area maintenance fee," but there’s no visible upkeep or value from it. At this point, the "community amenities" are essentially nonexistent. Would not recommend renting here unless these issues are addressed.
Every week it seems they cut the water off for most of the day. We once went almost 2 weeks without hot water. In fact the water we have still isn't very hot. The parking lot is full of pot holes that will destroy your car. Maitainence is a joke and barely does patch jobs. Overall I wish I would have just spent a little more and moved somewhere else.
I moved in to magnolia point a couple of months ago and i only have great things to say about these apartments. The office staff is nothing but excellent. If i have any issues they are more than willing to help me. 10 out of 10 would recommend
Property Manager at Magnolia Pointe, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you are enjoying your new home. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
Management is the absolute worst and the apartments are filled with black mold all behind kitchen cabinets and in the lease it says that “mold is normal”. Someone in the complex brought bed bugs in and infested the building and when we called them they proceeded to say it was OUR fault and that we were gonna have to pay for the treatment but after having words with them, they agreed not to make us pay. After calling them and telling them about the infestation it took the 15 days to get an exterminator out there and we kept telling them it was an emergency because we have a 6 month old and we’ve been having to sleep on our couch for the past month. Also before that our kitchen kept flooding and when the plumbers finally came out they ripped our cabinets out and said that the pipes were melted by some wires that are placed next to it and the plumbing here is horrible I’m general because none of the bathroom sinks or bathtubs drain water while you use them even if the clean out the drain. I hope you read this and find another place to live
