The management team, maintenance team, the neighbors and the pool/jacuzzi make this place worth it. I do wish the units came with a washer/dryer or at least a dedicated spot to hook up. I also wish there was a dedicated area for kids to play. But otherwise I enjoy living here and the proximity to the freeway and the beach areas

Madrid is surprisingly clean considering the number of tenants. Mgr and maintenance are top notch. They respond quickly and resolve issues. They make a nice living place great.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Can't wait to be apart of the community. I loved the townhouse she showed me and all of the amenities the pool and jacuzzi. I loved the club house with the pool table and access to a gym is really convenient.

I’ve been living here with my parents for almost 2 months. I really appreciate how much space each bedroom has, there are plenty of outlets in each room and heaters. I also really like the water pressure from the tub and sinks. A few concerns I have: The faucets on my bathroom sink and the kitchen leak water if you leave the water running for more than a few seconds. Someone’s else checked out my sink but there’s still a little bit of leakage. There’s also a crack on one of the top corners of my closet mirror. But I should be able to have maintenance come look at it. This building’s maintenance team is pretty responsive and timely compared to other places I’ve lived in. All and all, I really do like living here.

The Madrid offers great amenities...Pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, vending machine, several laundry room, computer lab, and a community room with a pool table/TV/ couches etc..Maintenance will fix your issues ASAP.... Management will always be avail for any concerns etc..They also put together monthly activities for residents (movie nights, gourmet cookie events, taco night, Food truck avail out front on Wednesdays..different things to bring the community together which you wont get at other residentialcommunities... Everyone has to do their part to make the Community better.

Many cars get damaged and parking is terrible. The staff is lazy and unresponsive. Staff lost security footage of my car being hit because they kept blowing me off as I requested it consistently for 3 weeks. Late with deposit and after a year of being there did not get a deposit anyways because they had crazy cleaning fees despite no damages on move-out inspection.

Living at the Madrid has been an excellent experience. We feel completely safe inside and never have to worry about our packages being stolen as the package room works miracles. We have one parking spot which is easy to get in and out, but also outside parking isnt bad either. The maintenance department is excellent. Armando and his team will fix anything thats wrong with your unit ASAP! The pool is great, the laundry rooms are great, the gym could use some free weights but other than that it gets the job done. Overall, the Madrid is an excellent place to live. Thank you Madrid management!

I believe the madrid is the perfect most comfortable place to live you would have to see it for yourself
Very nice place to live
The Madrid Apartment holds its strength in simplicity and location. While it has some issues with layout and parking, the price point is fair for what you receive. Rooms are comparatively big to others Ive seen but other downsides include no lighting in any bedrooms (need lamps) and low shower heads. This place gets the job done!
This place is mismanaged to epic proportions.

Very nice community to live and raise a family
This is a nice place upon first looking, and while the apartment itself it great, the management team all seem to have attitude problems with young people so beware.

I have been here for 6 years and been very happy. The building is quiet, well-kept and the office always tries to accommodate your requests to the best of their ability.
I have been there till sep 2018.for everything else they have time line like rent and utilities bill,but after we left till today we are following up for our security deposit return after confirming new address many times and getting no proper response This is something unacceptable,calling. Every other day sending emails but they just don’t care after u leave.

My experience was great. The maintenance was short, to the point, and got the job done.
I love this complex, I have lived here for 5 years. Janessa and her current staff are prompt and very nice. Keep up the good work!
Very positive experience with the management team with extremely quick responses to any issues.
If you're new to California these apartments are great! Very close to LAX airport and reasonable distance from Hollywood and Long Beach. Apartment grounds are well kept with pool, lounge area and weight room. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance and short car rides. Feels like I never left home.
