Great experience with Madison Sammamish We have lived for a nearly 9 months with Madison Sammamish. Everything is good so far, they also keep improving the quality of buildings, facilities and landscape as well. More importantly, their staffs (e.g., Eva and maintaining staffs) are very kind, informative and helpful. They often resolve any maintaining requests within less than 1-2 days.

Window and Closet issue Carlos was a great help. Our issues were resolved almost immediately. The window issue had to have the contractor to come out to resolve the rain water leaking into the apartment. He was able to fix the closet in a matter of minutes.

I am so happy to see the changes this complex has made in the last year. As a long standing resident I can say that everything from office staff to maintenance has been completed changed and, get this, with people who know what they’re actually doing. I know, I’m still in shock too. All the dead cars that have sat for years have been towed (or at least most of them but I presume paid spots can have unusable vehicles where as open parking was just a junkyard for vehicles that may or may not have even belonged to residents). There have even been massive upgrades to the pet waste issues. Though I still see many pet owners not being responsible, most are responsible and the complex has been doing more than their fair share in this issue. Overall I’m thrilled with the changes and quality of life improvements all of this has made. Can’t wait to see our new gym once that’s done being renovated too!

Washer replacement

Washer was replaced quickly. There were a few scrapes on the walls and doors due to him having to work by himself

DONT GO for 3BHK units or the cul-de-sac ones, unless you pay for a garage as well !

Parking is a pain here, Cul-de-sac’s (w,x,y) towards the end have most of the 3 bedroom floor plans in the same area. So even if you have just 1 car, you hardly find a parking spot anywhere close to your unit. No assigned parking spots, no garage slots even if you are willing to pay. You end up walking all the way from Apartment office (where we would find an empty spot, but parking in QFC complex would be still closer). Its such a pain in the Seattle rains or after a big Shopping.

Good area, decent apartments

Location is great, safe area. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and a park n ride. Apartments are not bad but nothing special. Bathrooms and kitchens are too small. Grounds are pretty well maintained, work out room is newly renovated and very nice.
