The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Madison Park
It’s not a good place , but it’s ok to live for a bit. The thing that makes this place bad is the manager (Rita) and maintenance. The manager is rude, always unhappy and has NO empathy or care for tenants . They don’t fix thing that need attention , but have inspection every other month. They are constantly asking to enter your home . I would stay away from this place unless you are desperate.
Property Manager at Madison Park, Responded To This Review
We take care of are residents that live here, but some people move-in that don't belong because they are not on lease yes they fight every day. Those people will not like it here.
Staff need's to learn how to run this place better.
Property Manager at Madison Park, Responded To This Review
It's a beautiful place to live and everyone to live and that qualifies. We take care of are residents.
I have lived at many apartments and by far this one was my favorite. I love the quite atmosphere and nice neighbors. They are so interactive with holidays and getting everyone together for celebrations. The management is like nothing I’ve seen before so polite and helpful. The first week I moved in she came and fixed my garbage disposal herself and watched over my son as he walked from school. I can say a million more great things but you will definitely need to check it out for yourself. ????two thumbs up
Live here for over five years and it has gotten better and its changed much nicer and cleaner, the people are very nice and the community is quite. The apartments are big and spacious nice to have washer and dryer hookup most places don't have where you can bring your own. I also like the fact that we can have a garage.
