my visit at madison farms was great! christal went above and beyond to make sure i understood the income requirements needed to apply. unlike some places i visited and even one i applied to, i didn't know that income needed to be at a certain amount xrent. she saved me time and money bc now i know what to expect. i might not be able to live at madison right now bc of income but bc christal took the time to better inform me i am better prepared bc of her.

I can absolutely say in all the my 4 yrs living in apartments has been challenging however the team at madison farms has made this lease very worthwhile. Crystal and Zack are responsive and even the maintenance team is swift anytime I put a work order in. Sometimes I wonder if I even have any neighbors because my building is so peaceful. Anyone I have met has been friendly.

I called four times to schedule a tour, but no one answered the phone. I went on the website and scheduled a tour online. I received a confirmation email and I was on time for the apartment. At the scheduled date/time, I was on time, but the office was locked. Approximately ten minutes later, an agent came out and asked if I had an appointment. I replied yes. She proceeded to tell me that the person who was handling my tour was running 15 minutes late and asked if I wanted to wait. She didn’t apologize or offer to have the agent call me back to reschedule. First impressions are everything, and it’s unfortunate that my time wasn’t better respected. No surprise, I’ll be looking elsewhere for an apartment.
