This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Not only is the office staff rude, they don't answer the phone, and will lie to your face and then deny it. It took 22 days for our leaking toilet to be fixed, they never resolved our pest control issue with ants, and our electric bill ranged between $300- $500. Additionally, they charged ridiculous fees when we moved out. They charged us to replace the carpet because "the dog hair in our carpet could not be removed" and where our couch was place was a different carpet after 2 years of living there. They said that these damages could not be fixed even though they did not complete the carpet cleaning we paid for. The broke the lease by not following through with our arbitration request after we could not come to an agreement. Additionally, my car was stolen from the property and they for safety upgrade recommendations that were never implemented (such as fixing outdoor lights so its not pitch dark at night). This place is not worth the stress or money to be a resident here. They are old, outdated apartments (not luxury at all) with office staff that does not care about you and will try and steal your money when you move out.

It?s a little old and the rent is high
Quiet environ, facilities well cared for (except trash area periodically), and excellent attitude and responsiveness of TPC personnel.
I've been a resident here since 2008 and have no plans to make a move elsewhere. Staff is above reproach, concerned, appreciative and respond in a professional manner. Maintenance requests are thorough and completed in a prompt and efficient manner. Thank you.
The staff at the Paddock Club were extremely kind and helpful. The front office staff was always welcoming and patient, even when our children were more rambunctious than they should be in the office. The maintenance staff was efficient, kind, and professional. We never had to wait very long on repairs or assistance. The community has many very nice amenities. We personally really enjoyed the pool and the kid play area. The apartment itself was very nice. We enjoyed the garden tub and large bathroom and walk in closet. The kitchen appliances were new and reliable. Over all we found this a satisfying living space and community. We are leaving because our jobs have us moving out of state.
We have been pleased with the staff and grounds since we moved in June 2018. Anytime we have an issue that needs to be addressed it is handled promptly.
In general, it has been fine. I wish there was a dog poop station closer to the garages in the back by building 7 and 8. I also do not like the changing rent based on demand.
Just recently, I was informed that that all rent will be do on the first of the month. To pay on the second is considered late. I've had the privilege of being here over seven years never have I heard of being late on the second of the month. This to me inexcusable
Very good quiet clean safe area. Close to I75 and major roads apts are nice and comfy with occasional noise from passing cars

My experience has been good overall. I do miss the hot tub though. We had one when I moved in and then they got rid of it.

My family and I love how the property is kept clean and it?s a very family oriented property that really goes above and beyond to have different activities throughout the year to bring the community together. The maintenance crew is very efficient at getting to work orders within 24 hrs of receiving. Management takes customer complaints very seriously when it comes to the community.
Going on five years, I have totally enjoyed the peace and quiet and security, as well as the beauty of the Paddock Club. The staff are friendly and competent. Lifestyle here is excellent.
Apt is mainly quiet and good neighbors, rent is too high for basic offerings but pleasant office staff who is willing to work with you and answer questions quickly. Maintenance staff responds quickly and pleasant. Room for Improvement: Need updated exercise room with regular cleaning and keeping temperature lower since it gets too hot in there and equipment is bad with dust inside many areas and under equipment as well as outside particles/leaves etc. being in there. I have lived here many times in other bldgs and the equipment is still the same from 2011 which is much older. Suggestion: Apt Turnover team should fix badly scrapped wall borders and bathroom floors/caulking really good before giving keys to new tenant. (prior tenant pets who scrapped up and upgrade cabinets as well for high price rent)

This is my first time ever living alone and I could not have picked a better place. I feel so safe. Everyone has been so great here!
