Apartment needs major upgrades/renovations for the price. These apartments have a huge issue with spiders, millipedes and cockroaches.

A very positive experience living here - friendly office personnel and maintenance is conducted quickly and correctly by nice maintenance men. Only down side is the garbage issue - very sightly to have garbage lined up along the sidewalk by the garbage compacter, that is a very negative look to the property as it is right in front
Staff has been very friendly and eager to help with any requests I make. I feel safe at the property and have had no major issues since living there.

2019 begins my 5th year living at the property. I feel as if this is home. Anytime I have contacted the main office with any service request I have been received with a smile and immediate attention to any requests. I love living here. Office staffing management and maintenance are a five star in my opinion. They are the best.
Awesome place to call home.
It?s a nice and quiet area. Friendly staff and the maintenance are fast. If it?s something that?s not fixable Birchall will replace. I don?t regret moving here at all. Such a lovely place.

Well manicured property with very minor improvements to be made
The office staff is so rude it literally blows my mind. During the time I lived there they went through 3 or 4 leasing agents, all of whom seemed miserable and were always there no matter what day of the week. The property managers are both snooty also, hated even having to talk to them. Andrew used to pop in sometimes and he was great! But not for long... hopefully he got a better job. And let’s be real, it’s very outdated for what you’re paying. Maintenance was great but also always looked spread thin. I’m assuming it’s just another corporate apartment housing company running their employees into the ground. Not worth it. Not worth it at all.

I'm so glad I chose Birchall! The office is so nice and attentive. Nicole and Yukika are always helpful, and recently I met their new leasing agent Savannah. They are a wonderful staff who are truly friendly and honest. The maintenance guys are really nice too. I love the landscaping, especially around the pool, and I love the floors in my apartment and how open it is. The kitchen is my favorite part!! You just can't beat Birchall in this area. Ross Bridge's best apartments in my opinion. I'll be here as long as I can!

I have been staying here for about 4 months and its awesome. The staff is very professional and any concerns/issues are promptly addressed. Its quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. The grounds are clean and the pool and summer kitchen with grill are great. The patios are spacious and the kitchen functional, especially with the large island. There's also plenty of cabinet space for storage. The bathroom has a large garden tub. The bedroom is spacious with a huge walk-in closet. The apartment is also equipped with a washer and dryer, can't beat that. Overall, I'd highly recommend Birchall at Ross Bridge, best apartment complex in Hoover, Alabama.
