Property Ratings at MAA Mansion
I don't have a car since I retired and don't need one because nearly everything I need is within walking distance - Walmart, Aldi, Meijer, Whole Foods, Lowes, Ross,Target, Macy's, Walgreens, chiropractor, dentist, restaurants, post office. For longer errands I use Uber and the bus stop is at the entrance to MAA Mansion ($1 to downtown). Staff is very responsive, quickly makes repairs. Complex is quiet (few kids, never hear dogs). My only complaint is road noise, unavoidable in a city. Get an apartment toward the back of the complex where trees and buildings somewhat buffer the noise. USPS mail is delivered to locked mailbox at front of complex. Deliveries from Walmart, UPS, FedEx are left at your door.

The viewing process was very easy and timely. The staff in the office were very friendly and made the signing process a breeze. During the final inspection walk through they were very caring and made sure to note any concerns I had and reassure them. Very professional

Do not live here. The management is super rude. There is always some “maintenance “ that needs entry into your apartment and I have to take time off for that because there’s no set time. The apartment is on Nicholasville Road so it’s busy. The apartments leak, have bugs, and just poor quality for the price they charge. Take my advice, this is not a good place to rent.

I have had a wonderful experience at the mansion. The maintenance team does a wonderful job of making sure everything is fixed quickly, the landscaping team makes sure everything looks good, and the staff at the front office is able to handle any question I have.
The Mansion fits my needs perfectly: close to a variety of retail outlets & a staff that works hard to maintain the property & help whenever I need them.

Place looks very nice and the employees are great, but the location is a nightmare with the worst city traffic, all hours of the day/night, and constant sirens from out of county ambulances.

Great location, nice area, but apartment is quite small and cramped with outdated appliances.
I love this complex, the management is great and helpful and the maintenance is on time and resourceful.
My husband and I recently got married and moved into our first apartment here at the Mansion. We both lived at home with our families until now, so this is our first apartment experience. We love the quality of our home and the community we live in. It's been wonderful to have the freedom to decorate and paint according to our own style, and we love being able to walk our dog right over to the bark park. Our service requests have been rare, but have been responded to quickly and in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend the Mansion to friends.
I have lived at the mansions under one year, and I must say I?m very happy with my experience- everyone that works here is always friendly and helpful. I have not hand many issues with the apartment, and when I do matenance is always quick to fix the issues. The only feed backs I would provide, is when paying for mandatory trash services, it is an inconvience when the dumpster are overflowing and debris riddles the ground. I do have a pet and along with paying the rent, the debris is hazardous and concerning (if they were to step on something or ingest something) also pet bags and pet grounds are always limited. At the dog park I wish there were cover from extreme temperatures. Thank you.
I have had a fantastic living experience during my time at The Mansion. It is a very safe area, maintenance is very helpful and responsive, and all of my needs are close by. I can say I look forward to living here for many years.
my fiancee and I have lived here for about 6 months now, and we have loved it. Any issues we have had as far as maintenance goes have been fixed within 24 hours, including a broken washing machine. we had a brand new washer in our apartment the next day. the front office staff is very helpful with any issues, and the apartments are very nice for the price. excellent place for price conscious families.

The area was fine except for the horrible Nicholasville Rd traffic. The main problem I had was with a severe mold problem in my unit, that was not taken seriously. It took over a month to get someone to begin to address the problem; and once they did address it, it was done very poorly and they left a big mess. The area was adjacent to my furnace intake; so while they deliberated on who the cheapest person to clean it up was, I was breathing this in for a month. After calling them back and have yet again another mess made in my home, it was still only half done. I'm still going through the fight to get released from my lease because I refused to breath this any longer, and they say that they can't because I didn't bring it to their attention soon enough.
I can barley give this place a single star. The management and maintenance is a joke. I have had a leak in my closet since I moved in on December 9th (it's April 1st), if that tells you anything about the management. I have not been able to step foot in it since I moved in because the floor is drenched. They make you pay a pest control fee, yet I have spotted ants and other insects throughout the apartment. They take forever to get to your requests and when they do, it doesn't not get resolved. If you are looking for a horrible place to live I highly recommend the Mansion Apartments for you.
I have had an awesome experience here at the Mansion Apartments. The staff is very friendly and are almost always available. If I had any maintenance issues it was handled extremely fast. The amenities are nice and it is conveniently located. This has been one of the best experiences I have had and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Recently moved in, but great experiences so far! Staff is welcoming and helpful. I am enjoying the pet-friendly facilities and on-site pet-park. Spacious, clean apartment and friendly neighbors have made the transition much easier!
Having been an apartment manager prior to retirement I speak from a lot of experience. Here at the Mansion the residents are well cared for and appreciated. The location is very convenient to a host of amenities among them is fine dinning and shopping. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Including the pool and parking areas. Each unit has a wood burning fire place and sun room with plenty of ambiance. It was very easy to choose the Mansion to come home to. Additionally my family members are very comfortable to have me here.
