I absolutely love Novel Apartments! They are beautiful, safe and clean. The amenities are top notch and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I especially love the community events that the apartment staff puts on. I know so many neighbors and have started several friendships through meeting people at the events. So fun! A place to know your neighbors & enjoy the quiet beauty of your surroundings

WHY is novel awesome? I can't even begin to explain, there's a million and one reasons, but here are some of my top favorites: 1- First of all, there's no doubt about how gorgeous this complex is, inside AND out. They take care of the property through ALL the seasons (Yes! That means you don't have to shovel in the winter!) 2- Your neighbors actually know you here. They host a bunch of events constantly for neighbors to get to know each other, and they aren't tacky about it! They are enjoyable events for like minded adults of all ages 3- DOG FRIENDLY! They have a SUPER AWESOME dog run that you can take your dog to off leash, and LOADS of grass everywhere for them to pee, or rub their faces on! 4- They actually care about YOU as a person here. You aren't just an apartment number or a rent check account number. 5- If you haven't seen them yet, you MUST come see our lights down the middle of the complex. In addition to that, our amenities are TO. DIE. FOR. Everything under the sun you want, and need, to make your life living here just one step more amazing. 6- Daybreak. Enough said. :) :) :)

Great property and great staff

Great place to call home. High end apartment complex, great amenities and great location. The staff is excellent. Sigifredo and Dave, along with the rest of the office and maintenance staff are professional, responsive, and personable. A great place to live with many fun resident events, along with access to Daybreak amenities.

Beautiful Apartment and Outstanding Team at Novel Daybreak!

Moving into Novel Daybreak Apartments has been an incredible experience from start to finish. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The layout is thoughtfully designed, the finishes are high quality, and everything feels brand new. The community amenities are just as impressive—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and socializing. What truly sets Novel Daybreak apart, though, is the amazing team. Sigifredo, the community manager, has been outstanding—professional, responsive, and always welcoming. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and ensured the entire move-in process went smoothly. Dave was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. He assisted us with everything we needed and made sure the apartment was in perfect condition when we arrived. It's an apartment community, not just an apartment complex

There are multiple apartment complexes in Daybreak. I did my research and found that NOVEL had it all and for an affordable price. The amenities are spot on. But the best part could be all of the activities. Horseback riding, wine tasting, farmers markets, movie nights and the works. You really have a chance to get to know your neighbors.

Incredible place to call home!

Novel is an amazing place to live! The front office staff is always kind, supportive, and answers all my questions! Sigifredo & Dave have continually gone above and beyond to ensure my move was seamless and non stressful! They continually ensure that what the residents call home is safe, clean and above all they are both so personable and strive for excellence. PHENOMENAL COMMUNITY & EXCEPTIONAL RESIDENT EXPERIENCE

I absolutely LOVE living here at The Novel— I speak for myself and for many residents here at the property. Immediately upon arriving, you will realize that Crescent Communities and the staff here are reinventing luxury apartment living. The management team is on it from every angle and to be honest, it’s quite impressive. The management team has a way of prioritizing you and making sure they serve you nothing short of exceptional service, not to mention all the perks and amenities this property has to offer— its over-the-top and just phenomenal. Come tour with Dave— be ready to be sold. Let’s just say he not only sold me my apartment, but he also sold my parents— they now live right down the hall. Great Apartments!

Beautiful, peaceful, clean apartments. Staff and community members are friendly. Dave was really helpful getting our lease together and settling in. He was very patient and did his utmost best to engage we were move in ready. Again great place!

Amazing Place!!

Beauty, Beauty, Beauty!

This has truly been one of the nicest places I've had the privilege of living in. From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth sailing. Dave and Sigfriedo were incredible—helping me move in without a single hiccup. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process seamless, and everything was executed beautifully. The apartments themselves are gorgeous—spacious, modern, and well-maintained. What really stands out, though, is how peaceful and quiet it is here. As someone who works from home, that’s absolutely essential, and I’ve been able to focus and be productive without distractions. The residents are generally friendly, creating a welcoming community atmosphere. So far, things have been great, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and peaceful place to call home. Cozy and homey

Novel is an absolute beautiful community! Keith and Dave are the very best!! Always have a smile and a willingness to help! Met Max recently and he was very help with getting me on the apps! It is clean, well kept and has the most amazing hot tub I have ever seen!! The community event are so much fun as well! LOVE LIVING HERE!!

Novel at Daybreak

Novel at Daybreak is great. I have lived here for almost 2 years and never had any issues. Very nice and clean community and just a great atmosphere. The staff here at Novel are understanding and willing to help whenever. Especially the manager, Mr. Sigifredo, who is always helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better community and place to stay.

Best Apartment Living in South Jordan

There are so many reasons I love living here. The Mailroom is heated, they have events such as wine tasting, and trivia games. My apartment is beautiful and all maintenance requests have been taken care of in a very timely manner. I feel like I live in a community not just an apartment. The hot tub and swimming pool are open year round and the gym is amazing. I have lived here since October and I have absolutely no regrets

Outstanding Management Team

Our daughter recently moved to Novel. Dave and his management team were outstanding to deal with. He was very clear and knowledgeable about the whole process. He went out of his way to secure the apartment our daughter wanted and was helpful all the way through the process. Amanda at Thousand Hills Coffee makes outstanding lattes! The property is beautiful and has many amenities. I would recommend Novel.

Deposit never returned

Very appalling that this complex and management company refuse to give me my deposit back. For some insight: I put a refundable deposit down months ago with the intention of moving to the Novel on May 24th. I was then relocated for work before ever signing my lease, thus should have been refunded my deposit as stated by the complex. It has been two and a half months of constantly being told that I would receive it, being lied to that it was sent, being lied to that it was received when it wasn’t and now being told again that it was sent with refusal to provide a tracking number. I have given up. The Novel and Greystar management company should be ashamed of themselves. I’ll update this if I ever get my refund but at this point, its highly unlikely. DONT move here and expect to receive your deposit back. Cheers!

Luxury Experience

Novel at Daybreak is a stunning community. I was so impressed with all of the amenities. The year-round pool and hot tub is one of the most attractive features. Best Apartment I've ever been in

This property is excellent. The builders took the time to make it soundproof. I live on the 2nd floor and I've never hear anyone ever to side of me or on top of me. They actually have enough parking for the amount of people and it's literally the nicest facility I've ever seen, and I'm bougee. Bronwyn was a huge help and has always had my back. I almost don't want to write this review because I want it to stay a secret.
