MAA at Daybreak

I absolutely love Novel Apartments! They are beautiful, safe and clean. The amenities are top notch and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I especially love the community events that the apartment staff puts on. I know so many neighbors and have started several friendships through meeting people at the events. So fun! Love this community

I really appreciate all the effort that the managers and social coordinators put in to events for us at Novel such as the Oktoberfest social this week. They bring our community closer and it’s very much appreciated! -John G

WHY is novel awesome? I can't even begin to explain, there's a million and one reasons, but here are some of my top favorites: 1- First of all, there's no doubt about how gorgeous this complex is, inside AND out. They take care of the property through ALL the seasons (Yes! That means you don't have to shovel in the winter!) 2- Your neighbors actually know you here. They host a bunch of events constantly for neighbors to get to know each other, and they aren't tacky about it! They are enjoyable events for like minded adults of all ages 3- DOG FRIENDLY! They have a SUPER AWESOME dog run that you can take your dog to off leash, and LOADS of grass everywhere for them to pee, or rub their faces on! 4- They actually care about YOU as a person here. You aren't just an apartment number or a rent check account number. 5- If you haven't seen them yet, you MUST come see our lights down the middle of the complex. In addition to that, our amenities are TO. DIE. FOR. Everything under the sun you want, and need, to make your life living here just one step more amazing. 6- Daybreak. Enough said. :) :) :)

Apartments are well kept. They are always doing events for the residents. Neighbors are friendly. I moved from Louisiana and now I don’t feel alone.

Great place to call home. High end apartment complex, great amenities and great location. The staff is excellent. Sigifredo and Dave, along with the rest of the office and maintenance staff are professional, responsive, and personable. A great place to live with many fun resident events, along with access to Daybreak amenities.

Moving into Novel Daybreak Apartments has been an incredible experience from start to finish. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The layout is thoughtfully designed, the finishes are high quality, and everything feels brand new. The community amenities are just as impressive—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and socializing. What truly sets Novel Daybreak apart, though, is the amazing team. Sigifredo, the community manager, has been outstanding—professional, responsive, and always welcoming. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and ensured the entire move-in process went smoothly. Dave was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. He assisted us with everything we needed and made sure the apartment was in perfect condition when we arrived. We’re so happy to call Novel Daybreak home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with a truly supportive and caring team!

There are multiple apartment complexes in Daybreak. I did my research and found that NOVEL had it all and for an affordable price. The amenities are spot on. But the best part could be all of the activities. Horseback riding, wine tasting, farmers markets, movie nights and the works. You really have a chance to get to know your neighbors.

Novel is an amazing place to live! The front office staff is always kind, supportive, and answers all my questions! Sigifredo & Dave have continually gone above and beyond to ensure my move was seamless and non stressful! They continually ensure that what the residents call home is safe, clean and above all they are both so personable and strive for excellence. This is a breath of fresh air, with the level of resident care they both give. I look forward to being a resident for a long time!

NOVEL Daybreak offers an exceptional living experience that truly stands out in the Daybreak community. I've been consistently impressed by the quality of the apartments, the extensive amenities, and the overall lifestyle here. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and filled with high end finishes. I particularly appreciate the open floor plans and the attention to detail in the design. It's clear that NOVEL was built with resident comfort in mind. Beyond the apartments, the community amenities are a major draw. The fitness center is state of the art, making it easy to stay active without leaving home. The pool and outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing and socializing, and the resident events are my favorite! it helps foster a strong sense of community. Living in NOVEL also means enjoying all that the Daybreak area has to offer. With its beautiful parks, walking trails, and convenient access to shopping and dining, there's always something to do. Finally, I want to commend the management and staff at NOVEL. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. Their commitment to providing excellent service makes living here a pleasure. I think this place is a fantastic place to live, and if you are someone who is seeking a vibrant, active, and luxurious community in Daybreak, this is your place!

I absolutely LOVE living here at The Novel— I speak for myself and for many residents here at the property. Immediately upon arriving, you will realize that Crescent Communities and the staff here are reinventing luxury apartment living. The management team is on it from every angle and to be honest, it’s quite impressive. The management team has a way of prioritizing you and making sure they serve you nothing short of exceptional service, not to mention all the perks and amenities this property has to offer— its over-the-top and just phenomenal. Come tour with Dave— be ready to be sold. Let’s just say he not only sold me my apartment, but he also sold my parents— they now live right down the hall. BIG thanks to Sigifredo (Community Director) for leading such a wonderful team and ALWAYS making sure his residents are well taken care of. && Fortino (Service Manager)— thank you to you and your team for always making sure my service requests are taken care of proficiently and professionally. ***If I can save anyone the hassle of going and touring all properties in the area, know that I have already done it and no other property comes remotely close to The Novel.***

My wife and i love this spot! The staff make it huge too! Sigifredo the property manager is the man! He was working on getting new pool furniture in the winter so that shows you his dedication he has for this place!

Beautiful, peaceful, clean apartments. Staff and community members are friendly. Dave was really helpful getting our lease together and settling in. He was very patient and did his utmost best to engage we were move in ready. Again great place!

Novel has been amazing since I moved in from out of state. The amenities are great and the apartments are beautiful! The staff is extremely helpful especially Sigifredo!

This has truly been one of the nicest places I've had the privilege of living in. From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth sailing. Dave and Sigfriedo were incredible—helping me move in without a single hiccup. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process seamless, and everything was executed beautifully. The apartments themselves are gorgeous—spacious, modern, and well-maintained. What really stands out, though, is how peaceful and quiet it is here. As someone who works from home, that’s absolutely essential, and I’ve been able to focus and be productive without distractions. The residents are generally friendly, creating a welcoming community atmosphere. So far, things have been great, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and peaceful place to call home. Whether you're working from home or just want a great place to relax, this is definitely the spot!

Novel is an absolute beautiful community! Keith and Dave are the very best!! Always have a smile and a willingness to help! Met Max recently and he was very help with getting me on the apps! It is clean, well kept and has the most amazing hot tub I have ever seen!! The community event are so much fun as well! LOVE LIVING HERE!!

Novel at Daybreak is great. I have lived here for almost 2 years and never had any issues. Very nice and clean community and just a great atmosphere. The staff here at Novel are understanding and willing to help whenever. Especially the manager, Mr. Sigifredo, who is always helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better community and place to stay.

I’ve lived at Novel Daybreak for 15 months and really enjoyed myself, we would have stayed but we decided to buy a condo. I would like to thank Sigifredo Pizaña and his team for the great customer service over the 15 we were there!

There are so many reasons I love living here. The Mailroom is heated, they have events such as wine tasting, and trivia games. My apartment is beautiful and all maintenance requests have been taken care of in a very timely manner. I feel like I live in a community not just an apartment. The hot tub and swimming pool are open year round and the gym is amazing. I have lived here since October and I have absolutely no regrets

Our daughter recently moved to Novel. Dave and his management team were outstanding to deal with. He was very clear and knowledgeable about the whole process. He went out of his way to secure the apartment our daughter wanted and was helpful all the way through the process. Amanda at Thousand Hills Coffee makes outstanding lattes! The property is beautiful and has many amenities. I would recommend Novel.

Sigifredo and the management team here have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and caring throughout my entire experience. They consistently go above and beyond to address any concerns and ensure residents feel supported. Their dedication truly makes living here a positive experience!

Very appalling that this complex and management company refuse to give me my deposit back. For some insight: I put a refundable deposit down months ago with the intention of moving to the Novel on May 24th. I was then relocated for work before ever signing my lease, thus should have been refunded my deposit as stated by the complex. It has been two and a half months of constantly being told that I would receive it, being lied to that it was sent, being lied to that it was received when it wasn’t and now being told again that it was sent with refusal to provide a tracking number. I have given up. The Novel and Greystar management company should be ashamed of themselves. I’ll update this if I ever get my refund but at this point, its highly unlikely. DONT move here and expect to receive your deposit back. Cheers!

I recently moved into this complex and my experience was excellent. My move-in was handled with professionalism and without incident. I have been treated with respect and kindness and every concern I've brought to the staff has been quickly and completely addressed.

Novel at Daybreak is a stunning community. I was so impressed with all of the amenities. The year-round pool and hot tub is one of the most attractive features. I’d like to thank the incredible staff for their support both during and after the moving process. Everyone is always so welcoming and accommodating. 5 stars for Novel!

This property is excellent. The builders took the time to make it soundproof. I live on the 2nd floor and I've never hear anyone ever to side of me or on top of me. They actually have enough parking for the amount of people and it's literally the nicest facility I've ever seen, and I'm bougee. Bronwyn was a huge help and has always had my back. I almost don't want to write this review because I want it to stay a secret.
