      Great building

      I recently toured M1 and had a great experience. Some highlights: - Easy to schedule a tour -Very walkable and convenient location - Beautiful rooftop - Kimberly from the leasing office was helpful in answering my questions

      So sad

      These are apartments are so tiny-- such a large building with tiny units and super pricey. I know it's LA but people are so greedy. Could have been the same sized building with less units and more space in them. sad.

      Good luck getting your deposit back

      Applied for an apartment, was told that I will get the apartment when I applied, was then told that apartment was unavailable. Tried upselling me, and I wanted to get my deposit back. Never got the $500 deposit back
