I just moved in on Jul 7th, and the accommodations are even better than I previously thought. The apartments themselves are amazing, the neighbors and people around us are very sweet, and the staff at the front office are eager to help any issue you have get solved. I'm very happy and excited to be living here.
It’s such a great community to live in! I feel at home! There is even things for my dog to do with the dog park being located on the complex.
I really love living here. It’s close to campus but not to close. Pool is amazing in the summer. And love the gym! The complex is quiet and we haven’t had any problems.
Amazing customer service and ability to communicate with services just in case the apartment was not in tact the way we need. Gave us ample time to gather ourselves and make sure we are settled nice. Other amenities are great too.

The apartments are very nice and modern. Neighbors are calm for the most part and i've had no issues since moving in besides my fan not working in my room which since then has already been replaced. Everything good so far

Living here at Lyirc at the Merc has been lovely. The gym, pool, and other amenities have been a blast to use and I can't wait to use it more as the summer comes.

I like living here and I think the staff are amazing! I think the only thing that makes the community not seem as “luxurious” are some of the residents who leave trash in the halls or damage the property (I.e. running into the gates). That’s the only downside about Lyric which I know can potential turn future residents away.

The amenities and customer service are great for the price. I would like to see an improvement on elevator, hallway, and stairway cleanliness. Unfortunately some residents do take their dogs on the elevators (not in strollers) and the dogs have had accidents that go unattended for days even when reported to the front office. The elevators also did not work twice in the span of 3 months and have ongoing issues with their buttons (building 4). The issues with the 3rd party trash service like lying about why they didn’t pick up trash also should be looked into. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues which is appreciated. I would’ve liked to know beforehand that car racing is common in the area so we could take the noise into consideration before moving. There is a red car/mustang that repeatedly revs their engine and skids throughout the complex especially around the entrance. Residents also honk their horns excessively.

Quiet enough for this phase of life. Not five stars because there is trash in the stairs of building 4. They are too picky with cardboard that I just throw it away my self. The elevator had dog pee for a week and no one cleaned it. Then the next day there was pee again on the floor. I put a paper towel on top of it for people to see it because they were just stepping on it. There is dog poop on grass. There is a lot of noise coming from lousy cars entering the community with really loud music. I’m usually fine with it but sometimes is at 3 am. The internet is really slow and disconnects randomly after 12 am.

Overall, I’m very happy living here! The staff is top-tier—friendly, responsive, and truly some of the best I’ve encountered. Great management is hard to come by these days, and they definitely make this place feel like home. That said, my only real complaints come down to noise. The walls are quite thin, and unfortunately, not all neighbors are respectful of quiet hours. If you live near the pool, it can be challenging to get a good night’s sleep since some residents use it after hours and tend to be loud. One small improvement I’d love to see is 24/7 access to the coffee machine. As someone who has to be on the road before the office opens and returns after it closes, it would be great to take advantage of that amenity. Despite these minor inconveniences, this is still a great place to live, and I appreciate the efforts of the management team in making it such a well-run community.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Lyric at the Merc in San Antonio! The living space is incredibly spacious and well-designed, making it perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The office staff is amazing, super attentive to their residents! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and valued. The leasing process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, often within the same day, which is such a relief. The maintenance team here is top notch! Most times when I put in a maintenance request, they either fix it same day or the next day. Office team is also very courteous and professional. The complex is also very safe. There haven't been any car break-ins or vandalisms since I moved in. The location is also amazing-super close to Costco and restaurants. I definitely recommend living in this complex!

Honestly my experience living here has been grate. This is my first apartment and the staff and Accommodations have been nice. Also the taco trucks are definitely my favorite part about living here plus the location of the apartment being so close to UTSA is amazing.

Closer to a 4.5 stars, as the only downside, which is still a major downside, is the package situation. Other than that, the units are great, the amenities are great, and the location is great.
Our community is always kept clean, staff is friendly and quick to answer emails! Requesting service, someone always comes 1-2 days later. Only thing I would say needs improvement is valet trash . Sometimes trash is left out for days.

So far my stay here has been amazing. The amenities are lovely and the staff are always there to answer questions when needed. At the beginning there were a few hiccups (not having AC and a scorpion in the sink), but it is a new complex so I gave it the benefit of the doubt.

Lyric at the Merc is SUCH a convenient location on I-10. Very close to shopping (The Rim, La Cantera, Huebner Oaks), and most importantly, close to my workplace. The apartment fixtures are top-quality, the management is kind and helpful, and I love the aesthetics and design of public places such as the pool, clubhouse, and fitness center. Would definitely recommend someone to live here.

I don’t get off work/school until late so I can’t use a lot of the office and lounges to relax and study. Otherwise I enjoy the apartment and have found very little issues. Staff is always super helpful and kind.

Overall aesthetic and pleasant community. Close to everything you need. If being nitpicky, valet trash could do better at picking up trash between stated hours. I’d like the option to opt out of certain amenities.

Beautiful property. It's been a great experience living here, as it's conveniently located near La Cantera and multiple grocery stores, including Walmart and Costco. The apartments themselves are beautiful and modern, and the office staff is very nice and helpful. However, recently a new policy was introduced requiring residents to wear wristbands to enter the pool. While this may seem minor to some, I strongly disagree with this change. It feels like we are being treated like children. The requirement is inconvenient and unnecessary. This is not the 'luxury appartment' experience that we are paying for. We've spoken with a few other residents, and they share our sentiment. Most feel that this policy is intrusive or childish, and diminishes our enjoyment of the amenities. We hope the management will reconsider this decision.
