It’s unfortunate to see that your experience has not met your expectations. We realize the nature of apartment living can lead to inconvenient ambient noise, but we are working to improve the overall experience of our residents by focusing on aspects more within our control such as providing attentive customer service. That being said, we do encourage you to contact our office if you believe your neighbors are violating our community policies.
Very loud and inconsiderate neighbors are pretty rampant it seems! After visiting a coworker for just a few hours over dinner, it was very clear the noise is something they have to deal with regularly. This is not a place for any professional hosting if you lose the upstairs neighbor lottery!

If you like living in apartments filled with ants and roaches, flooded hallways, random fire alarms in the middle of the night, thin walls, and management who is unresponsive, choose Luxia Preston! Otherwise I would recommend to look elsewhere.

The experience we had just from the tour made us expedite our moving process and cancel any following appts! Keiandra was incredible- and made us feel right at home. Our apartment was not finished just yet but that’s part of the excitement as well knowing we are moving into a new place in the community we love. Thank you all for the great experience .

When I say I am excited for move in, let me say it louder: I AM SO EXCITED FOR MOVE IN. This apartment is the epitome of luxury in Dallas. It's in a growing area for all types of people, but especially young professionals considering the storefronts and pub right across the way. The apartment I am moving into has a gorgeous kitchen. The backsplash and appliances are beautiful and that pooooool! I am looking forward to lounging around that all summer. There's even a work space that I can hang in for my conference calls. The staff has been a blessing. They have answered all of my questions and even been willing to give tours while they are finishing up this brand spanking new property.
