Lumiere

The community is respectful of noise and maintenance seems to be good at maintaining clean public spaces. However small details seem to be missed like how only one grill works, drop boxes are broken, some lights are either missing or need to be replaced. Although it is expected as there has been a workers strike and only one maintenance person left. Access to other community spaces is convenient and maintained well. Excited for the next community event!

Haven't fully moved in yet, but so far so good. The staff were super friendly during the process of signing my lease as they were having tech issues that prevented them from digitally generating the document. So, I had to go in to physically sign. They were great with answering questions and scheduling my movers for later this month. Once I am fully moved in - I will update this review.

Very nice building and amenities! Got everything I need and even more. So glad to have the garage, no more snow shoveling and sun burning :) lived here for about a month and it is a very smooth adaptation because of this wonderful environment and friendly Neiborhood! I am pretty sure that I will enjoy a lot of happy time here for this part of my life journey! Good to have it here!!!

In my first few days here, I can tell I will already love living here at Lumiere! It's clean, the leasing office is responsive and helpful, the apartments are so spacious and well-kept. I love it!

Well kept building. The maintenance crew is responsive and professional. Everything works properly. I don’t hear any noise from neighbors. The location is very convenient. Garage parking is included in the rental.

Clean friendly and leasing staff were very professional. Also we have so many shops across the street for your every day needs. Definitely would recommend living here to anyone that’s interested

Management and maintenance are super responsive. Shared spaces are cleaned daily. Wonderful pool. Happy to be living here because it meets all of my needs.

My experience at the apartment complex has been good. It's a quiet place, which is nice, and the proximity to public transportation is convenient. The amenities like the public printer are a life safer.

Great building! The team is nice and help is quick when needed when it comes to maintainence. Didn’t use the pool because it’s only open 9-5 during the week but the grilling area is nice and the pool room, gym are well kept.

We have been here less that a week, so can’t say much. But it’s a great community so far! The office team (esp Diana) is very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The apartment building is spotless! The amenities are great! Whether, it’s the 24h gym, the lounge, the outdoor seating/lounge, the media room and the swimming pool. Location to Wegmans and other stores! So far so good!

An amazing apartment with updated amenities and friendly staff. Take note the garage is a bit tight so I'd think twice about having a large vehicle parked here. Other than that it's a great place!

Happy residents here. We love our home, the community and location. The management is great and it's a safe place to live. Within walking distance to a variety of shops. The best part of my day is coming back to my apartment or better yet my home ??.

The apartment is spacious and has a distinctive design. You feel comfortable in the building. There are also the best sports equipment and a swimming pool under the supervision of a swimming coach. There are also outdoor grills and beautiful and ideal sessions.

Leasing staff are extremely helpful and kind. The community is beautiful and full of friendly tenants. I did a lot of research of the area before choosing my location to move. I’m happy I chose lumiere.

Lumiere is a great place to live!! The amenities are so convenient and everyone in the building is really friendly. It's also a huge bonus being so close to the walking path along the Mystic River.

My experience at Lumiere has been nothing short of amazing. We love the comfort of our spacious home, our community and neighborhood. The management staff and maintenance are wonderful.

I have been a resident at Lumiere now for over a year and am still beyond happy with the decision to move here. The apartment itself is a fantastic size with W&D and the amenities like the pool, gym and indoor parking garage are an incredible added bonus.

I absolutely love this apartment! We had the best 3 years in here. 1. No location is better than this: mystic river, medford dog park, wegmans, petco, Starbucks (in station landing), and further assembly row. I had everything I need in walking distance. 2. A free parking in the garage for each apartment. I don't see this deal anywhere around here. For a period of time we had two cars, and the extra parking is only $100. (other places are ~$200). 3. Maintenance is on spot! Any issue I had, the maintenance guys were there the same day or the next day the latest. They are also on call on the weekends. 4. In 3 years (end of 2019-end of 2022), our rent stayed the same! When inflation is a thing, you heard people complaining about rent goes up, not here! Every time I renew my lease, it's always the same amount! 5. They are extremely dog friendly! It was rare for an apartment to accept German Shepherd, they absolutely don't discriminate what breed your pet is. There are dog treats in the lobby, poop bags and trash cans all around the building. 6. Amenities are fantastic, pool, gym, grill, etc., There was a Christmas they had a gift wrapping station for the tenant for free, with all the supplies! 7. The move-out process was a breeze! Dropped the key and got my deposit back within a week. The list goes on, these are just the ones on top of my head. I was so sad to leave this apartment, but homeownership calls. Until today, whenever I drive by here, I still feel like home and miss this place. I genuinely wish all the staff well and recommend this place to anyone. - A super grateful previous tenant.

the only drawback for me is that it's not accessible to the Red line, which is where I've lived all my life--it'll be a bit of a transition but I'm sure that will dissipate in time!

I would recommend Lumiere to the community. The staff is so awesome and always involved with helping their tenants during tough times. Furthermore, assisting with all the incoming packages. Maintenance is always friendly and skilled in all work orders.

I would recommend this apartment complex to the community as I think you all do your best to keep us safe and the building clean. During COVID we have been informed with each stage of the states regulations and again to keep us safe.

The staff at Lumiere is exceptional. I moved her from California in August and absolutely love living here. The office and maintenance staff are the reason.

I loved everything from the leasing office staff to the security, cleanliness, package delivery system, community elements and the list goes on and on. It's perfect.

I am so thankful that my son introduced Lumiere to me.

It is prices pretty reasonably and offers very good amenities to its residents.

Luxury? Overall, a very pricey disappointment. This is a wood/balloon frame construction, a very bad idea for a building this size. Noises carry: you will hear everything. Even from the lower levels to our top-floor unit. Because of this, all units are wall-to-wall carpeted (dust, smell, bad air quality). The appliances are cheapest possible. "Contractor quality" -- something that would not be sold in stores. They use huge amounts of water and electricity, are very loud, do not do the job. Faucets, bath fixtures are leaky. Our water bill, which is unit-specifically billed (on top of the very high rent), is more than in our former old house with yard irrigation. Positives: nice garage, although there is dirty rain water leaking though the raised patio/courtyard. Package service works OK. Staff is mostly OK, but the senior office manager is somewhat edgy.

I have been very impressed with the staff, both in the office and maintenance departments. They made my move in and life here very pleasant.

I would recommend it because for the price you cant beat it the location is excellent and my apartment is new and the garage is excellent. What I would complain about is the fact that the ownership decided it was a good idea to remove the coffee cups to go "green. Like I am a rent paying resident and the fact you cant decide to keep this convenience doesnt make any sense. Like you could still use a "green" material, the motive behind it is cutting costs and if this type of things continue, I would expect more cost cutting and amenity stripping. The quality of the cabinetry is garbage and easily breakable. Otherwise the apartment and facility is nice, but I do not want to see any more cutting costs and inconveniences in the future.

I have always had amazing interactions with service and maintenance. They always follow up within 24 hours, the only way I would know they have been to my apartment is a fixed item and a worksheet (never a mess or even footprints) and when I see them around they are courteous.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone willing/able to pay the rent, but I recognize that rent in this area is prohibitively high for most people.

Just simple, who wouldn't want to leave LUMIERE life! Everybody would love too for those I have heard say, only that it's ecpensive.
