Situated in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley, Azusa is a charming LA suburb regarded for its pervasive natural beauty and exceptional opportunities for outdoor recreation. Nicknamed “the Canyon City,” Azusa sits at the entrance to the San Gabriel Canyon. The San Gabriel Mountains are also visible throughout much of the city. The experience with Lumia moving in was very welcoming and supportive. The Lumia team (Vanessa, Michelle, JT and Karina ) were not only helpful, they were very welcoming. The Lumia is very well kept up and the grounds is very clean and safe. Thank you Lumia for making my move in easy and welcoming.

Lumia was and has been billed as a "luxury apartment" community, but so far I would say it has fallen very short of this. The apartment community I moved from was on par with Lumia at this point, and the rent there was about 15% less. Not to mention the community itself was about 30 years old. I was hopeful about moving into Lumia, but so far I've been very disappointed with my choice and find myself questioning if I made the right decision 6 months ago...

We moved from an owned home to a 3/2 rental at Lumia. It’s a transition to be sure, but we are really enjoying it so far. Construction is ongoing, but we can see the vision, and can’t wait for everything to be done! The apt itself is lovely. Location is amazing- right across from the metro (which our dtr uses to get to school daily) & Target- SO convenient! The fitness facility is open and great, and they have hot chocolate/coffee/chai in the lobby :). The management team is super nice and helpful, and we’re happy we moved here!
