The security here is very nice and the residents within are very kind. Creating a work order is simple and they react to it quickly. The apartment is very quiet, you can't hear your neighbors at all.

Very nicely kept building and apartments with a gorgeous view from the rooftop patio. Centrally located and easy commute to work for me.
My apartment felt so cozy upon move in and continues to be cozy as I settle in. I feel safe and comfortable in this community and love the key access garage.
Great location - close to everything in Everett
I just moved here from Jacksonville, Florida and moved to Lumen and Everett blind with the help of Bailey who was extraordinarily friendly and helpful throughout the process. Lumen was even nicer than the pictures and what I expected when I arrived!

Location is ideal, Mazatlan is wonderful, and the office team is fabulous. As long as the price stays as it is, I will remain a resident.
Very convinient place to live in. Employees have great attitude and fast service whenever we need assistance for any damaged items. The building has rules and employees are good at reminding tenants to follow the rules. Nice place to live!

This is a nice place to live, parking is available, smoke-free building, rooftop area for relaxing, the staff is responsive and helpful. There is some downtown noise but it's not bad. I would recommend Potala Village
