I have had a great stay at Lumen for nearly 2 years. The complex is clean and I feel safe. I also like having a gym nearby, and I like the Luxer package security system. The staff has always been very helpful and nice if I needed anything.

Its okay, the pool is a bit dirty and not well clean. The BBQ is not working properly because of insufficient gas so it was a stress try to use it.

We were coming from the East Coast. Lumen made the transition smoother. It was nice when we got here . Our package were ready for final decision and signature. Our keys were ready. The apartment was also very clean. We like that our fur babies are welcome. The bath station for the pets and EV chargers raised the bar very high on our decision to apply. No regrets yet.

I've stayed at Lumen Apartments for over a year. The complex is kept clean and safe. I've had a good experience with the Luxer storage locker system for receiving packages. My apartments appliances are in good condition. The staff is nice and always helpful everytime I need something. The office hosts nice get together events with complimentary food and/or prizes. Overall I've had a good experience at Lumen.

I have enjoyed my stay at Lumen for over a year now and I really like how quiet and safe the community has been. My only complaint is how filthy it is getting in the hallways and the stairway at Building 8. Recently there was ceiling work done at the stairway to repair spots in the ceiling that were peeling. There were screws and paint splatter left all over the place, no cleanup was done. Also the pigeons are back so the building hallways and stairwell have pigeon mess all over it. I was wondering if I can get Building 8 power washed soon. If so, that would be terrific!

Quiet, clean, safe, respectful Lumen staff, the location is close to fantastic park and recreational amenities, spectacular setting and views of the Sandia mountains, close to Air Force base and US National Labs, quick access to major traveling routes and international airport. World famous city Santé Fe, a major southwest US art and cultural center is only an hour away!

Today I received the keys to my new apartment and received a pleasant surprise in the Community Center. The staff was having an event for residence and my kids were super excited to participate. There were pancakes and hot chocolate it was really nice. They were also making Christmas ornaments too. This was a nice warm welcome to the community.

Living at lumen has been great, im close to grocery stores and close to freeway entrance. Office staff and maintenance team is awesome work orders get done in a timely manner and they always check back in to make sure it was done and no more work is needed. The amenities are alway kept clean and nice ready to be used.

amazing really great amenities. The in unit washer and dryer is definitely a plus because a lot of apartments don’t have that they just have on site laundromats that sometimes don’t even work.

They were a little disorganized to get me my apartment and garage. Garage wasn’t ready in move in date because maintenance didn’t work on weekends, and neither does the manager, which can be inconvenient when you have residents moving in.

Lumen has been quick to respond, but usually not with the information requested. The team is friendly, but can be hard to pin down for answers. Also, the property feels full of false promises with everything looking good from a distance, and then showing the cracks as you get closer. The floor inside my unit, for example, is extremely uneven and bumpy, as if there’s been some severe water damage. That and some of the amenities don’t work at all. Overall, the quality reflects the location and price point. It is one of the less expensive options in town and offers some competitive amenities as well as a prime location. Just know you’re getting what you pay for.

Onboarding was easy, utilizing their flexible calendar allowed me to get a solid deal in a solid location. Staff were extremely helpful and approachable.

The maintenance team is awesome. But I do have problems with the property and security issues going on at my apartment. From ketchup being put on my door handles outside my apartment door to on my vehicle and eggs.Thrown at my patio door all happening within the last year. I'm deeply concerned about this. also my vehicle has been tampered with with the rear view mirrors being turned outwardly I park in your bay areas. I've spoken to management about this.But they encourage me to get a security camera to be placed on my door or outside my patio I do not feel That it should be my expense monthly To ensure my safety and security.

Nice and quiet community. Great office staff. Great amenities. Move in process was smooth. Close to grocery stores and five minutes to the shopping mall. Located by a nice park which is family friendly. Best apartment complex I have lived at since moving to ABQ.

Very friendly staff and nice all around apartment complex. I love the washer and drier in unit. The only thing that could be better is the maintenance staff completing work orders on time and correctly

Amazing team from the office to maintenance. Everyone is always so kind and patient very respectful I don't ever have any issues with anyone here, it's beautiful and quiet . I absolutely love it

The complex and community is very nice and in a good area. Noise levels are minimal and administrative practices are painless. I have definitely enjoyed living at Lumen. My only suggestion for potential residents is to keep an eye on the windows during winter as they tend to build up excessive moisture which may cause mold if unchecked for several days.

I have lived at Lumen for almost 2 years and have enjoyed the residents, and all that it has to offer the residents. I also work close by and that helps a lot, and is close to shopping and restaurants

Lumen apartments are great! Nothing negative to say about the team. Team is always on top of things. I havent lived at a property like this one with its updated gym clubhouse a nice size pool and spa. Its great here!

I really like the modern appliances and the pool and hot tub are clean! I also appreciate that there isn't any bugs. Office staff and maintenance are very nice and helpful and prompt.
