Property Ratings at Lombard Heights Apartments
The Rent is very reasonable here, and only having to pay for electricity for utilities is great. The Location is great here with a nice Neighborhood to walk through, the pool has been nicely renovated, I've lived here for 2 years and going on 3 now, and the apartment neighbors are very friendly.
Overall, this has been a great and safe place to live, and the staff responds when needed. I've been here for 6 years now, and maintenance is very responsive, but could be better. The grounds are very pretty with all the trees, and the train tracks are very soothing.
This is a nice and quiet place to live, and I highly recommend this place to a friend. I've lived here for 5 years now, and maintenance is good when they are here, and Grounds is clean and looks great.
I have lived here for 14 months, and living here has been great. The work orders we put in are always done pretty quickly. Grounds are very well maintained, it's very quiet here, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The price of living is great.
