Property Ratings at Lomas Gardens
I was charged for a part that goes on the roof of this building that was built in the 70's , no doubt. The part was "replaced " and was told by the manager, Aida , I would have to pay because I was playing with it. Ummmm...it's on the roof. ( i went 8 days without air conditioning) . Also I received assistance for a couple of months from renthelp. Only so she could raise my rent as soon as she had that check in her hand. I sent a work order on July 7, 2022. For my clogged shower . I got a response today, apparently they will be here anytime on the 26th or close to it. Aida also tells her tenants that they shouldn't sign certain money orders because they are going into the owners personal account. I feel there is trickery here. Something is happening with the way they conduct their business. Also the maintenance guy gets nothing done. He walks in a circle picking up trash then leaves at 12 everyday getting nothing done in fixing anything. He has to google everything because he does not have the qualifications to do this job. Tells his tenants he will bring over the tools if they go ahead and do it themselves. Honestly. These days I'm feeling ignored by management when I need the repairs done right away . According to lease they have 7 days to fix it. I have texts , emails, pictures to back up my story. It's unbelievable what some people will do to make an extra buck on someone else's property. 75 % of my neighbors know what's going on . Also some units are remodeled , but we all pay the same rent. Get it together already .
It OK, the space is about 750 sf. It is an older community. To many bugs.
