Property Ratings at Logans Landing
I stayed at Logan's Landing while I was living in Lynchburg and the service and professionalism impressed me enough to leave a review here. The staff was very helpful (Phil is great) and every maintenance request I summitted was answered within 24 hours or less. I remember Phil personally leading me to my mailbox a year ago to show me how it worked. If you end up staying here, I recommend a forth floor unit as there is an elevator and you can see some mountains in the distance. There is, however, some road noise on the sides with views so it's up to your preference. I don't recommend being near the elevator if you can avoid it, could be loud. The only other possible negative I can think of is I ended up wearing shoes inside my unit because my wood floors were either really dirty or stained. Other than that, the key fob system was great and I felt really safe staying there. Some of the units have deadbolts and I'd try and get one of those for added safety. The clubhouse is very clean and they just got some new stuff in the gym which looked very nice. There is a pool, so if you like that sort of thing they've got one and they do host community events from time to time. You can tell that the people who own the apartment complex really do care for it. Overall I was very happy with my stay and I think that if you end up at Logan's, it's a great place to land.

I love the amenities and the friendly staff, quite spacious apartments and definitely luxury living. The pool is fantastic and the community area is great for functions. The gym is great. Everything is very clean. Highly recommend.
