Management ignores emails about residents smoking at this non smoking building. Hallways and sometimes apartments reek of marijuana. Nothing is done about it.

Love living here, my apartment is fantastic, the location is great. Building needs 24/7 concierge & key fobs as opposed to the app you need to access the building. It’s inconvenient when your lugging things in or coming home at odd hours to have to fumble with your phone to gain entrance.

I love living in Logan Lofts so far. The neighborhood is perfect for our little needs. The staff has been incredible thus far. My apartment view is beautiful. I catch myself staring out at the comcast center nightly for no reason at all.

Overall, I find Logan Lofts to be a great space and secure building to live in. It is within close proximity to the city, while also being removed from the noise and congestion.

If you want to be close to everything you need in the City this is a great location. Amenities could be better and resident events don’t ever happen anymore.

The individual apartments are lovely. The building’s security, resident’s access could be easily improved & should be given the rent required to live here.

I absolutely LOVE my 700 square feet. Love everything about my personal space (with the exception of my toilet screw caps), however, I feel the security, management & maintenance has gone downhill during the time I’ve lived here & hope each improves as they will determine how long I’m willing to live here.

I have lived in the residence for over 2 years now and have several comments regarding living at the Logan Lofts. The apartment walls are very thin, neighbors have tendency to file noise complaints even though carpets may be in use and you are abiding by standard living hours. The maintenance team responds fast, however the hot water heater in the building does cause problems with hot water to each apartment. I have had several issues with hot water in my shower and maintenance ensures the problem is fixed, but yet it persists. The concierge desk /security in the building is good, however I notice they let just about everyone inside without asking any questions. The package delivery service is the only benefit of this building. Aside from the location and space of the units, there are no other benefits to this apartment complex. In comparison to other apartments in the area, this complex is significantly more expensive

Beware : mismanaged resulting in safety concerns for residents. I do not recommend.

Great place to live and looking at the rental market today is reasonable.

Logan Lofts has been a wonderful experience so far! The staff is very helpful, the apartments and the common areas are well kept. I love living here and I’m glad to be a part of this community/neighborhood!

Excellent building and for the size of my apartment and the present rent you will NOT get anything like it in the Philadelphia area.

Beware! These apartments have very little sound protection between units. Some tenants have loud parties that you can hear down the hall or above/below. Some tenants have puppies that bark incessantly. In the summer of 2022 the management increased rent $400/month. If you are considering Logan Lofts, I highly recommend that you look into other reviews.

I honestly do enjoy living in Logan Lofts. As a pet owner, the building is very welcoming of pets. The people living their are friendly and majority of people will say hi when walking pass one another. Being very close to restaurant and center city is great as well!

After an extensive search for a home with close proximity to center city Philadelphia I landed on Logan lofts. Not only is the building beautiful and impeccably cared for - the staff is also exceptional. More than anything else the quality of care from the team set Logan Lofts apart for me. I've been nothing but impressed since moving in.

The team here is excellent and for the price of rentals, at this time, you will not get anything for the size of the apartments anywhere around here.

If you love living a Loft lifestyle in a trendy, beautiful downtown neighborhood then Logan Lofts is the perfect place to reside. Beautiful interior, Spiral Staircases and exposed Brick walls!

The space at the Logan Lofts really is a wonderful place to call home. In my opinion it is situated in one of the great areas that Philadelphia has to offer.

I love the ceilings and layout of my apartment even though it’s a relatively small studio it feels much larger. Location to Whole Foods, Fairmount, and a neighborhood park adds to the appeal. It is close to the city without being in the midst of the craziness. Staff is always extremely helpful. A few little bumps with renovation and the unavoidable noise/interruptions but the team did what they could to assist.

The Lofts at Loganview is a great community to live in. The location is very convenient to all essentials, groceries, restaurants, public transport etc. The apartments themselves are all recently renovated and very well kept. Beyond the apartments themselves, the staff are amazing. They have 24X7 concierge staff who are extremely courteous and always pleasant. They make an effort to really get to know residents which is a really nice touch. The few times we have needed help or repairs from the maintenance staff, they too have been responsive and addressed any issues as quickly as possible.

Love the spacious and unique units. You get a lot of square footage for the price. So far I really like this building. Melissa helped me get everything figured out with my lease and she was super helpful. Great location too!

Nice building and great location

My wife and I lived here for four years. We can vouch for the value of the units we lived in (the rent is VERY fair given the quality of the building and units, age of the fixtures, and surrounding neighborhood). We also have been consistently impressed with the fairness, responsiveness, and service of the management company (Reinhold Residential) and service providers (front desk & maintenance). The Lofts is home to multiple different layouts and finishes. Some apartments have contemporary finishing (hardwood floors, newer kitchens and fixtures) and some are a bit more dated (carpet, older cabinetry). Low floor units have much higher ceilings than the 5th floor. The appliances have been equally modern in the units we've seen and lived in. The units are priced accordingly. Use of the fitness center at the Metropolitan included in the rent. Parking is not, although there are two covered lots next door. It's important to do your homework when picking out an apartment, and to know what you want to pay for and what is extraneous. For our particular circumstances and lifestyle, the Lofts were the perfect balance of amenities for us. We lived in the older-style units. The exposed brick and full-length windows were gorgeous, and were the lowest priced option of the various high-rise apartment buildings in the neighborhood. It's also important to read fine print in any situation with landlords. Every company has its rules. At times it feels like an ordeal to follow the rules but all you can ask is that the owners are straight-up and deal with renters fairly. Reinhold has been upstanding from day one. For that we've been grateful.
