Steps away from the Villa Marie. Lobby full of local art Kushmal, handicap accessibility to many apartments. Elevator. Grand historic staircases This neoclassical brick beauty at 1401 Scott St. in Downtown Little Rock originally opened its doors in 1905 as Little Rock High School. Purchased by Downtown Dwellings in 2002, Jill and Mark have restored each of the units.
