The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lofts at Riverwalk
I had an ongoing issue with plumbing in my kitchen due to cold weather. When tenants dispose of grease and meat in the garbage disposal, pipes get clogged and my sink floods. Maintenance team lead by Mr. Bates responded to my ticket immediately and worked so diligently on repairing the issue, I was very pleased. But then I had water leak under the sink. I had to ask the office team to create another ticket. They did and Mr. Jacob diagnosed the problem within seconds (wear and tear on my old garbage disposal), replaced it and now I am worry free. More importantly, Mr. Bates and Mr. Jacob were so pleasant and professional, I could not hope for better service. Last week my package was left in the Manager's office. I was surprised to run into locked door, but the Property Manager, Mrs. Cox came to the door immediately still talking on her phone with another tenant. I said that I could come another time because she was obviously so busy being the only staff member on duty. She smiled and said: "Just a second", run to get my package, asked me if I need anything else while handling her call. This is how my Property Manager Mrs. Cox consistently handles her job duties: with a smile, respectful, polite and so friendly. I have nothing but respect for her, all her stuff as well as the Maintenance crew and the Regional Manager, Ms. Carin who oversees the property. These folks are working so hard to take care of tenants and any problems they may have and never fail to be so lovely, approachable and professional. A few days later I called the office seeking advice about my rent. I left a message and knowing that there is only one staff member on duty due to Pandemic I did not expect a call back any time soon. Guess what? Property Manager, Mrs. Cox called me back 4 (four) minutes later apologizing for not being able to answer when I called because she was on call with another tenant. NOW, IF THIS IS NOT THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF EXCELLENT SERVICE, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS. The longer I live on this property the more amazed I am how well I am treated. I am sure that they provide the exact same service to every tenant, but maybe these folks don't see the bigger picture and appreciate how well "Lofts at Riverwalk" in Columbus, GA are managed. I do and I could not be more grateful!
Property Manager at Lofts at Riverwalk, Responded To This Review
On behalf of the management team at Lofts at Riverwalk, we are truly thankful that you shared your experience. We aim to surpass every expectation you have and are so pleased to see how quickly our team has been there for you whether it be a maintenance or administrative issue. They will just be thrilled to learn of your generous words. We are privileged that you have made your home with us, and thank you immensely for being part of our community.
Roaches everywhere! Residents who think rules don't apply to them, take up all the amenities all day, don't clean after their pets. Cops constantly get called on those in the beer garden for being there and loud all night. This place is going downhill fast.
I have no clue where to begin other than firstly saying, dont do it. I have lost count how many times i wished i never moved in here, it’s definitely not what it seems. For a two bedroom, i must admit it is spacious and comfortable... until you realize theres a roach issue that took months to solve and even then you still see one or two here and there. The walls are awfully thin so goodluck not being heard. The on-site clothing wash facility is a joke, half the machines work and even then you probably have to wash your things twice. Walking to your car is nice until you realize that no one here likes to pick up after there dogs so you’re always followed by that horrible stench. And if the elevator is busy and you need to take the stairs, keep and eye out because 9 times outa 10, a dog used it as the bathroom too (occasionally in the elevator as well). For a complex that has a couple hundred people paying give or take a THOUSAND dollars a month, youd never guess it. You’re lucky to go a week without issues. The only thing i miss are the windows, thats it. I seriously suggest thinking twice.. before moving in here. I wouldn’t go back, even if it was free.
Do not move on this property! It is roach infested, the manager has an attitude and they are falling apart. They have no understanding and tries to charge you for everything. I hated staying here. It has dog poop all over the premises. The pool finally got the filter fixed but before then it was disgusting
This is my third month here, and honestly I expected more. The apartment size is very spacious, the people are some what friendly from what I’ve seen. The leasing office is mediocre when dealing with tenants with the aspect of notifying if something goes wrong with billing. Some of the people in the leasing office, do not try to work with you in the aspect of understand new information that is going on with their company. I personally just had an issue where the young lady was talking over me to make me understand her point, I had to speak to the manager Savannah(Idk if I spelled her name right)just to try to resolve the issue I was having. I’ve found random dead insects in my apartment that appear out of nowhere. The walls are extremely thin, so I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. Hopefully I can survive here until my lease is up.
I am currently living here and very unhappy to be. Management is rude and disregard complaints filed by tenants, the gate is always broken, units are infested with cockroaches, fire alarm randomly goes off and structurally the building is awful. The units may be cheaper but they're not even worth the price as they are.
I love my loft apartment it's everything theyclaimed. A HOME!0
I've been at Johnston Mill Lofts a few months now and love it so far! Staff has always been super friendly and the apartments are pet-friendly (which is a huge plus for me!) The only downside is the area of town they are located...but as far as the apartments themselves, I'm very pleased!
Due to several attempts to try and reach somebody since May 9 and have got no return phone call or email Im no longer interested in seeing or moving to this apt complex.
I saw the apartments and immediately fell in love. I put in an application and was basically told to sit tight until the next one bedroom became available. About a week later one of the office staff called to tell me not only did they give the apartment I wanted to someone else, but the previous information they had given me was false and I was not eligible for affordable housing. I had pretty much expected to get a call to move in any day so I wasn't looking at any other apartment complexes. It would have been nice to be told the correct information up front or they should have honored what I was told in the beginning. I was very disappointed.
