Great Service The ladies in the leasing office are phenomenal (Bryanna, LeAhnn, and Silva), always professional, informative, and responsive. The maintenance crew are equally as professional, they are efficient and friendly. I appreciate same day service for any urgent maintenance work I need done, they always come thru.

I love the building but feel like we don?t get enough communication. Why are certain phone number not posted in an easily available location for us? Why are the amenities restricted? Why can?t signage be made for package deliveries so that they are delivered correctly? I?ve seen couriers express how confusing delivering can be here.

I can't currently recommend the community because the grounds maintenance has degraded considerably. They do not have enough staff to properly maintain the property so the stairwells, hallways, elevators, garage, etc are often trashy and dirty. Previous management was very good about keep up the grounds but not this one.

I love this building. However, from time to time (like this recent long wait for my thermostat to be fixed) Gates and elevator fob switch not working, etc., makes it more difficult to recommend.

The pool and spa maintenance has gone downhill. The spa is often broken and the pool filters are not operating at full capacity, making for a dirty pool floor.

I do wonder about the air quality in the units. I have read reviews about mold, and I do often wakeup with a headache and sinus like symptoms. I'd be happy if the complex had our air vents cleaned, especially now while covid's going around. If it weren't for this, I'd be a little more inclined to recommend this complex. Also -- I don't think it's right that in order to have internet installed, you have to commit to paying for DirectTV. I checked to see if I could have another provider install my internet but only BAI services the building. I do not watch direct tv, so this is wasted money for me.

The apartment is very nice and so is the rest of the property. But I came close to not signing due to the poor leasing office staff. It was not a pleasant experience and the leasing office staff made it incredible stressful and difficult to sign with confidence due to their poor management.

Had a bug problem for a month now and all the keep telling me is next week, next week I’m not even staying in my apt it’s so bad trash management do not live here !!!! Im going to break my lease stay away

I moved here about 2 years ago and just renewed my lease! Before moving here I did extensive research and could not find a property that even comes close when it comes to aesthetics, space, etc. My unit has concrete floors and 11 foot ceilings, both things that are extremely rare and make a huge difference. The pool and common areas are massive and well maintained and the staff is very attentive! Adam, the GM, is a great asset to this property and he is always there to help with anything I've ever needed.

So happy with our decision to move here. The staff is as cool as a cucumber. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the moving process and there was absolutely no pressure which I have been accustomed to with my apartment search. I look forward to moving in this weekend and keep the summertime vibes going. As for the property itself, you would never even know how beautiful this place is until you get inside. I mean you see the beautiful photos, but they don't even do this place justice. Wanted to write this in hopes that everyone can have the same experience as me. We just renewed our lease! Hopefully we can stay for years to come. I love the changes they made over the past two years. The property itself is a work of art and is very trendy. My place is a large artsy loft with a ton of natural light. Everyone that comes by loves the way it looks. In addition to the property changes, The staff has made an incredible 180 change from the previous managements. Today I was greeted by Federico who was so nice and helpful. The positive vibes are so contagious and they have a good thing going. I'm glad we can call it our home.

I had the pleasure of living at Lofts at Noho for about four years and while my work moves me around a lot, it was my most favorite home. As in any apartment complex, it's the staff that makes it or breaks it... and these people go above and beyond. Complex has everything you'd expect including amenities and staff, 5 stars all around!

I absolutely loved living here! The Manager and the Leasing Representatives were all very professional, courteous, prompt and friendly. I ran into a noise issue with one of my neighbors and Adam, the Manager; and Federico, the Leasing Representative, responded to my complaints quickly and were able to resolve the issue. The amenities are very nice and the parking was never an issue. Overall, this is a great place to live. If I wasn’t relocating out of state I would’ve gladly renewed my lease.

I am a new prospect looking for a large studio in the San Fernando Valley. Its been a tough search as open floor plans are hide to find, especially in a great location with amenities. Moved into the Lofts about a month ago and I love it. I first walked in and met the Manager Adam who was just awesome and made me feel comfortable from the start. He introduced me to Jamald who took me on probably one of the most informative and relaxing tours I've ever been on. I didn't feel like I was pressured at all (which is the vibe I usually get when apartment hunting). The vibe of this community is beyond words. It is setup just like a resort with one of the nicest pools I've ever seen. They have cabana's as well which make me feel like I'm in Miami or Vegas! My apartment was just updated so everything in it is brand new with the fancy looking artsy touches all around. I look forward to enjoying my year here and hopefully longer.

We visited the Lofts a week ago and were greeted by Federico and Maria. They were both friendly and took their time to ensure that everything was explained regarding the medium sized studio. My wife and I toured the property and totally enjoyed the courtyard area. The price was reasonable as the property comes with great amenities. AND!!!They offer short term leases which works great while our house is being renovated. Thank you guys, we will be back soon

Don’t move here! This place is a literal dump. Trash everywhere. I’ve seen the same Starbucks cups sit on the gate for over a week! A few mornings I have had to step over homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. And countless times I have had to step over the same puddles of urine until they evaporated. On top of the dirtiness many of the amenities don’t work, such as the BBQs, Fire Pits. And also my parking FOB has not worked in over a month and I have to wait for someone to leave the parking structure for the gate to open so that I can park my car. The walkways are also filthy, don’t think they have ever been washed once, you can even see when the last rain puddled! And one of the worst things is that the fire alarm is constantly going off. Last time it went off around 2:30AM, and it doesn’t turn off till the fire department arrives! Also before I moved in I was told that one of the amenities was that the office would receive packages until I could pick them up, well now they have stopped and they now charge me to receive my packages in their automated package machine. Overall this place is full of lies!!! Not worth the money! Worst mistake of my life!!!

Cleanliness is an important factor when feeling comfortable in a community and we certainly sympathize with your frustration. While we do our best to keep the grounds in good order, you are always welcome to give us a call if you notice areas in need of a little more attention. Additionally, we would appreciate a heads up if you believe there are nonresidents loitering within the community. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do in regards to the fire alarm. It is an industry standard for systems to operate in this way for safety reasons. All that aside, your satisfaction is our highest priority and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. If you feel it would be beneficial, we would love the opportunity to discuss your feedback in further detail and perhaps begin developing some solutions.
I like My Appartment and my view .... That’s it ! Management is sub par , they do whatever they want .The outside common area things do work , and report them broken nothing happens . Yet I still pay for these things , they now charge for package delivery which was included in my list of amenities. I now pay for it so , no longer an amenity. The building is dirty .... some people who live here don’t know how to be respectful and clean . The walkway/hallways are dirty and stained . The fire alarm goes off all the time and usually at 3 am . It goes off until the fire department comes and gives an all clear.I don’t mind paying as long as I get what I’m paying for . I’m definitely overpaying and not getting promised things . Don’t live here . I’m leaving in a few months when my lease is up .

Our team works very hard to provide our residents with exceptional service, and we apologize if you feel that hasn't been the case for you. If you stop by the office sometime and give us more details about what needs to be improved in your opinion, we'll do whatever we can to work on it. In regards to our new package system, while it's true that it's a five dollar charge, we think it's worth it as it allows our residents to pick their packages up 24 hours a day, rather than just during office hours. For three months my unit had no air conditioner. The NEW MANAGEMENT has refused to do anything to compensate the situation. With over ten meeting they came to a decision that they are not in the business of issuing refunds or compensations. They told me to refer to my lease and they are not offering anything but they are sorry for me to have to live under those conditions. I requested in writing and asked to speak to upper management and that never happened either. I ran into him in the elevator, the man who once told me if I ever had a problem please let him know, he refused to talk to me and directed back to our local management team. It breaks my heart. I have lived here for four years. Polaris first accused me of not notifying the office multiple times about the situation. Once they discovered that I had repeatively reported the problem, they claimed that they had made attempts to fix the problem. After 3 months, with my UNIT at 82 degrees, I went to the office and threw a tantrum. They finally got an AC man out who diagnosed the broken part. Two week later they replaced it. ANOTHER CONCERN:::: TENANTS JUST RECEIVED A $50 MANDATORY RENT INCREASE (actually $48). As a resident here, you have to use their cable and internet service. It was $81 a month, now its $129.90. No options and no alternatives, we are forced to accept by terms of our lease. So now we have to pay for an upgrade that they promised would be free. We received this notice the day after our “Tenant Appreciation Night" Thanks POLARIS

Thank you for taking time to let us know about your concerns. We understand that it is frustrating when your cooling or heating does not work properly. Our onsite technicians are trained in HVAC maintenance and always respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. All residents are able to enter work orders either by coming into the management office, via phone or online 24 hours a day. In researching your issue, it appears you mentioned your AC problem to someone on the maintenance team in passing in March but there was no work order entered for your cooling issue. Since you called in a few other work orders between March and June but didn't mention a problem with your AC our team did not know that there was still an issue. In June when you spoke with the property manager she was able to send a maintenance tech to look at your AC to correct the problem. We apologize that you did not have sufficient cooling for a period of time and hope that going forward if there is ever an issue you will let us know via the work order system immediately.
Management recently changed. DO NOT RENT HERE UNTIL OCTOBER IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR SUMMER MONTHS. I have lived here for two years and the new management, although helpful and speedy in repairs around my unit, is overall poorly run. The maintenance staff is wonderful and please do not think I'm knocking them. Recently, they informed all residents without warning that they would be "upgrading," the pool and courtyard for the next 3-4 months. No pool, no bbq during the day, no more fountain (which was in place to drone out airplane noises) . They never asked residents what kind of improvements we wanted to see in the community and have not offered residents any sort of consolation for putting us out of our amenities (largely the amenities people want to use in the summer). It is so unprofessional and they have ignored my two e-mails asking what they were going to do to make this construction from 9-5pm everyday more comfortable. Additionally, properties are going up on one side of the building. They recently asked all of us to update our leases, without fully disclosing the impending construction. In addition they have not taken care of the horrible piling trash problem (an improvement we would much prefer to see than taking out a fountain and replacing it with a patch of grass which animals will DESTROY). Good luck calling the office because every time I've called recently I'm transferred to an out of state answering service who can not answer any of my questions about things like package pick up etc.

The Lofts are located 3 miles west of Universal Studios, and convenient to commute via the subway , 101 134,170,405 and 5 freeways. We have our own gym and Jr. Olympic pool in lush tropical settings. The community is respectful of noise - curfew at 10 for the entertainment professional The management is politely courteous and diligent about keeping then the environment groomed and updated. Added 24 hour security and plenty of parking are added features.

This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables.
