I like all of the different options for food and groceries. I would like to see more things to do in general.

My experience living in Zephyrhills hasn't been long. Use to live in Wesley Chapel which is were I still go to since I still live close to there. I live in a good home and they are building up the community there.

not to popular of town so not crazy construction, however traffic gets backed up and not as developed as other parts of florida.

Zephyrhills has good places to eat and lot of new houses being built. The closest mall is half and hour away which is a downside. There are not that many things to do. However, the new neighborhoods that are being built are very nice and relatively safe.
