Located between two of Utah’s most populous cities, Salt Lake City and Ogden, Washington Terrace is a tiny suburb with a lot to offer. Waterfall Canyon Trail is a challenging yet popular spot for mountain biking and hiking with a beautiful waterfall. Along with natural beauty, Washington Terrace boasts staples of suburban living. The community is near several shopping and dining hubs located along U.S. Highway 26. Along this corridor, locals have access to department and wholesale stores and chain restaurants. The Newgate Mall, along with a variety of national brands, has a movie theater and trampoline park nearby. Great for families, Washington Terrace has several schools and a hospital in the southeastern corner of town. This town is truly filled with everything renters could ever want or need, so it’s no surprise why so many people want to live in Washington Terrace.
