We have enjoyed living in Villa Park. It is not far from other areas of Denver and close to parks, bike trails and other green spaces. We have had some safety concerns due to crime. Our neighbors are very friendly and since the light rail was put in, we can take the train downtown or to the airport easily.

I am new to Colorado. I just moved to Denver from San Francisco. It is a neighborhood of single-family homes with close access to freeways. There is a fair amount of crime in this neighborhood.

Great access to all the nightlife, lightrail and bike/running trails alongside the park will get you where you need to go. Sloan's lake is close at it seems the age demographic is starting to get younger.

Villa park is amazing. Small neighborhood with many parks and a trail. You can literally walk any where in this neighborhood; library, the light rail, many stores and places of entertainment.
