Located about four miles southwest of Downtown Nashville, Sylvan Park is a scenic neighborhood brimming with historic character. Sylvan Park’s rental options range from modern apartments in newly constructed buildings to charming houses built in the 1920s and 1930s.
A bevy of lush trees and manicured landscaping contribute a park-like feel to the neighborhood. The expansive McCabe Golf Course is situated in the southwestern corner of the neighborhood, providing residents and visitors alike with 27 holes of great golf as well as a putting area and a driving range. The Richland Creek Greenway surrounds the course, connecting hikers to shopping and dining areas on White Bridge Pike and Harding Pike.

There are plenty of additional restaurants towards the north end of the neighborhood as well, along Charlotte Avenue. Midtown Nashville and Vanderbilt University are just east of the neighborhood, affording many residents short commute times.
