Located about four miles southwest of Downtown Nashville, Sylvan Park is a scenic neighborhood brimming with historic character. Sylvan Park’s rental options range from modern apartments in newly constructed buildings to charming houses built in the 1920s and 1930s.
A bevy of lush trees and manicured landscaping contribute a park-like feel to the neighborhood.
