Once great neighborhood ruined by Blackstone, managed into the ground by Beam Living. Even lottery winners (?) don't last their full lease. It's a real shame.

Stuyvesant Town is always clean and the neighbors are extremely friendly. It isn't too loud and the view from the apartment is phenomenal.
