Although Spring Lake Heights has a nice community, it is small and this creates some privacy issues with neighbors being to nosy about your personal life. Also, the real estate is overpriced.

Spring Lake Heights is the definition of "quaint." There seems to be multiple attractions within a 5 mile radius. The beach is a short walk away and there are many stores to shop in. Best of all, the summer bring many out-of-town folks that add diversity and culture to the area. I couldn't imagine myself living anywhere else.
