I live in South Huntington and I've lived here my whole life. I also work in the school district as a TA. Overall, I've had a great experience living here. The location is very convenient- right over the Nassau/Suffolk border, an hour train ride to New York City and not too far of a drive to the eastern Long Island. There is alot to do in the area.

I don't see a lot of cops in my neighborhood, but they are quick at responding when needed.

Sometimes we get hurricanes and blizzards but it's not too bad.
