Sound view is a very dangerous neighborhood. There are constant shootings and other violence that makes this place not safe.

Not one of the safest neighborhoods in the Bronx, but my family and I have resided in for over 15 years. We get along with out neighbors. and although we get the occasional notification from Citizen about a fight or a shooting nearby, God keeps us safe.

In recent years the parks in the neighborhood have been remodeled nicely. There are new restaurants, which makes good for eating out. I wish the area was cleaner. There's a lot of littering due to a lack of garbage cans and proper cleaning.

It's a very nice place but I want to move somewhere different.
