The lighting could be better all around. In certain areas it is very good. Other places if it was better, it would just be destroyed or maybe it has been. The police don't seem to take you too serious if you are gay or of color. It almost seems like they are there to pacify you but aren't really going to do anything about your situation. There is a lot of publicity on the news about trying to diminish the gangs presence in our city but I never see any real results.
