I really enjoy being right next to the freeway for easier commutes, and the nearby park. There's good food walking distance from my home, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Some parts are a bit rough, but overall Rosemont has improved to be a fairly safe place to live.

It's a quite neighborhood close to public transportation and the local high school is alright. I've lived here since I was 12, and have never seen anything crazy. A lot of families live here and the neighborhood had okay schools. A lot of people with dogs and a local dog park.

Rosemont is a small community in the sacramento area. It is underserved and underdeveloped. i recently read that it is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in sacramento, which is great for those looking to buy but not those who would like to sell and move for better schools and less riff raft roaming around. The neighborhood is pleasant for the most part but i don't feel comfortable going out at night.

Rosemont is a nice little neighborhood in Sacramento, California. it is closely located to the light rail (sacrament's public transit) as well as an elementary school and high school. There are several parks where I see children playing daily. In Sacramento the transient population is growing but there is little to no effect in Rosemont. The neighborhood is very clean and safe and whenever a house in the area is listed for sale it doesn't stay on the market for long.
