Situated on the South Shore of Staten Island, Prince’s Bay is a peaceful neighborhood overlooking Raritan Bay. Prince’s Bay, often mispronounced as Princess Bay, contains an array of modern, spacious single-family homes and townhouses in a variety of architectural stylings.
Prince’s Bay is also home to the Seguine Mansion, a historic house turned museum with an equestrian center. Seguine Mansion is known for its many peacocks as well as its horses. I like that it's a short walk to get to the high school. I don't like that when it snows, the snow trucks don't come down my street to plow us out.
