Preston Highlands North is a small family-friendly neighborhood that provides a small-town living experience while still being close to city amenities. The neighborhood is zoned for excellent schools and is typically quiet throughout the year. This suburban area is dominated by charming single-family homes but there are apartments available right outside the borders of the neighborhood available for rent as well. Preston Highlands North is near several parks like Frisco Commons park, a family-centered green space with a splash pad, an amphitheater, a youth center, and several playgrounds.
