Sprawled across 560 acres at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, the views from the Brigham Young University are breathtaking. Considered one of the largest private colleges in the country, BYU is operated by the LDS Church (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). Students attending BYU must follow a strict honor code in line with LDS teachings. The BYU Cougars, who participate in NCAA Division I, have won 14 national titles.
