Located about 12 miles northwest of Downtown Denver, Federal Heights is a home rule city in Adams County named for its border on Federal Boulevard. Federal Heights is a predominantly residential area that exudes a small-town atmosphere with a host of local shops and eateries as well as national discount stores and chain restaurants.
Part of the Hyland Hills Recreation District, Federal Heights offers endless options for outdoor fun. Federal Heights is home to one of the nation’s largest water parks, Water World, where guests of all ages can experience an array of rides and attractions.
