It use to be great. Lately its been saturated with group home. These people don't respect the area. They are loud, dirty and disrespectful of the people that live and pay taxes here. On the flip side, its convenient to everything. Great location for family activities, live eating out or the beach. Multiple great shopping areas. Loads of things to do and see.

It is a very close knit area. Everyone knows all most everyone. Or everyone is some how related to each other. I have watched my neighborhood grow and change. The schools are great. Are location is great due we are in the middle of Long Island. So we can go either to Southampton or New York City within a hour. We are close to parks and beaches. It is mainly a quiet place but we do have our moments. We have many home developments going on and we have a very diversified community.
