Also known as Mayfield, this small town is known for its stellar natural areas and active recreation department. Mayfield has several dynamic parks with excellent facilities like the North Chagrin Nature Center, a 1,700-acre sanctuary with picnic centers, community buildings, trails, and more. Nearby, residents swim at the Parkview Pool or dance at lively concerts at the Grove next door.
Apart from these green spaces and a few local eateries and small businesses between Wilson Mills Road and SomCenter Road, Mayfield is predominately residential. Mayfield features homes in a variety of styles for any budget, from affordable ranch-style homes to luxury apartments along tree-lined streets. Mayfield Village is just a few minutes north of a gigantic commercial hub along Mayfield Road, while Interstate 271 runs through town, making commutes into Cleveland easy.
