Lynnfield is a great place for people to have a family in the small town. The education that has been offered has been great for a public school system. The location is also great due to it only being 30 minutes away from Boston. However, if a small town is not your preference, you may want to consider somewhere else due to there only being around 13,000 people in the town.

Lynnfield is a beautiful, safe and small town that you don't appreciate until you leave. The only downsides is that is it ultra- wealthy and unaffordable for most of the population. Million dollar homes and one "affordable " apartment near Saugus. Growing up here the kids were snobby and pretentious. They have added the new Marketplace which is gorgeous and amazing, ..but built for the ultra-wealthy. They need to add more affordable housing for normal people.

Lynnfield is a beautiful town with an excellent school district I have gone through. Although the number of things to do in this town is small, Market street has really attracted more people to this town. The neighborhoods are generally very safe, and I have only heard of small complaints near some of the main roads.

Very ritzy community, nice place, a little out of the way. Just barely far enough from anything that it's inconvenient to get anywhere except by car, but not a far drive from anything you need. The traffic isn't great because it's right next to several highways including state route 1.
