Very accessible to all forms of public transit, so it makes for a great hub for getting around the city. Very walkable to several grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood doesn't offer much for cultural experience, but the newer apartments are very nice. The neighborhood park, Holladay Park, is nice at first look but is a breeding ground for drug use and violence, unfortunately.
