People are very nice for the most part. Ages differ all over the neighborhood. Includes two schools, a couple of churches, a carryout, nail salon, and so much more. Landscaping is very beautiful.

This neighborhood is very quiet. Sometimes I wish there were more people my age here. But overall, its a clean neighborhood with nice neighbors.

I feel safe in this area and there is a cop in my area but he never has to do anything because nothing happens here and the only thing he does is give tickets.
